Why Janet Romasco chose Willamette Valley Oregon

This property has been in the family for years and has been extensively remodeled.

What makes this house unique

The river rock and stone accents on the garage and entry stairs give the home a 'vacation' feel right off. As you enter the front door my eyes are drawn to the pebble entry surface, the bamboo hardwood floors, then up to the high ceilings. The great room and kitchen with it's stainless steel appliances and stone aggregate counter give it an up to date feel. The beds are well appointed and comfortable. Decks off of 2 of the bedrooms are spacious and inviting. I hope you find my home to your liking as well.

Très beau séjour

  • 5 of 5

Very comfortable

  • 4 of 5

We were visiting family in McMinnville and this house fit our needs very well. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the kitchen! The neighborhood was very quiet, yet convenient to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Space for everyone!

  • 5 of 5

We booked this lovely home so we could enjoy the Evergreen Air & Space Museum, as well as the Wings and Waves Waterpark. The house is exceptionally well laid out! Our family of three (including 12 yr old) were traveling with another couple. We enjoyed spending time chatting in the living room while cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, as well as dining and playing games on the large dining room table. After gathering together, it was nice to retire to our own rooms that were well separated from one another. The bedrooms are located so that no walls are shared, so snorers and early morning people don’t have to worry about waking others! Two of the bedrooms have separate outside areas, as well. The lovely muffins, fruit, and local wine were very much appreciated…thank you, Janet! This house is perfect for families, as well as two or three couples that are visiting the wine country (hopefully, that will be our next stay in this wonderful home!). This home is clean, well-stocked, comfortable and cozy!

Perfect for a Women's Wine Weekend!

  • 5 of 5

Originally we rented this for 5, 3 of whom unfortunately had to cancel last minutes. House is beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen was well situated and we enjoyed cooking and relaxing there in the evenings. Then only real quirk was that the shower heads were just above shoulder level, which being 5'5'' I still had to do some lunges and squats to wash my hair. I'd definitely rent this place again, and hopefully more than just two of us can make it next time!

Clean, comfortable and very nicely stocked with everything we needed. Beds were fantastic; dining room is perfect for a small group. Loved being so close Linfield College.
