End unit condo is extremely quiet community with a beautiful garden and pool area.
Recently updated and newly furnished condo in the Fairways at Mauna Lani. This condo has it all from Snorkel Gear, to Beach Accessories to a fabulous gourmet kitchen to new luxury beds, this condo is sure to please.
The access to the finest beaches on the Island including the coveted Owners Beach at Mauna Lani as well as 49 Black Sand Beach are fantastic.
With the addition of a Foodland Farms to the Shops at Mauna Lani, there is no reason to leave the luxury and relaxed atmosphere of the Mauna Lani resort.
The four of us did not play golf, but this condo was superb in every way -- beautiful architecture and decor, perfectly clean, well equipped, well located for trips all over the Island. It also was quiet from upstairs to downstairs, which many condos are not. The owner (Joan Shea) made everything easy for us in her excellent directions and organized household. Thank you, Joan! We'll go there again.
This property is pristine. it is located in a beautiful complex away from the crowds. it is a beautiful property and equipped with everything you could possibly need on your vacation. the private beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and has plenty of amenities.
I highly recommend this property and will stay there again when we go back to the big island.

We spent a fantastic week here in October 2016 with our two children (5 and 8 yrs old). The villa was clean, had everything we needed including beach gear and snorkelling gear. A couple of kitty's paid us a visit every night on the lanai while I bbq'd or ate our dinner and kept us company as long as we kept their water and food dishes full ;-).
Much of our time was spent at the Beach Club, which was a great place for the little ones to snorkel / learn to snorkel since the water in the bay was so calm and the fish / reef are in such shallow water. We were able to dine at the Fairmont - you could walk but we decided to drive as we were returning from a day trip. (Parking is free btw if you're heading there for dinner). The nearby shops were also good for groceries and other souvenir type things we picked up... and the Poke. The Shops put on Polynesian shows in the little amphitheatre a couple of nights a week. Kids loved the fire show!
When we decide to return to the Big Island, we'll definitely return to the villa at the Fairways!
My only complaint is that we did not book long enough! One week is not enough for this island! We had a wonderful stay with an exceptional rental. Was close to pool and beautiful beaches. The complex was quiet and had everything you could want!

We had a wonderful time, the condo has everything you need, well stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, beautiful large master bath and bedroom. We will certainly return. It is just five minutes from the golf course and the ocean!!!
The location is perfect, a beautiful setting close to fabulous beaches and a short drive to Waimea for a cooler afternoon and a good meal, and the unit itself is exactly what we needed. The owners have taken care to provide everything a family may need on a holiday, from a fully equipped kitchen to beach toys for children. If their house is available for our next Hawaii getaway we hope to stay there again.
View nearby scenic fish ponds and Hawaiian Villages, enjoy a private beach club, secluded black sand beach, and enjoy luxury resorts, shopping, and the famous Mauna Lani Spa. You must not miss snorkeling with tropical fish and green sea turtles in the nearby 'A' Bay.
