1 bdr 1 bath Creekside suite walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs
- english, spanish
After Seth had retired from going to three Olympic games, we decided that we had more than sports and a love of fencing in common. Turns out, Seth and I have a passion for homes. We bought this home as a project to work on together after we had already completely remodeled another home. Turns out, remodeling a home and two cabins built in 1891 is a whole new level of difficult. But, we did it and this home is our labor of love!!We do hope you enjoy our recently finished product!
Paige purchased this Cabin in 2016
Why Paige chose Manitou Springs
Both Seth and I LOVE Manitou Springs! Manitou is such a wonderful little town that really does a great job of providing fun activities and festivals year round. From Arts Festivals, to Marathons, to Coffin Races Manitou Springs is a happening place year round. What's more, we took one look at the creek and just how relaxing it was to sit and hear the sound of the water and enjoy the huge trees overhead while also being in the middle of town and we were all in!
What makes this Cabin unique
It really is a special treat to be within walking distance to everything and yet feel as though you can get away from it all with just a short walk back to your home away from home.

Manitou Springs Cabin
The cabin is adorable and we enjoyed sitting by the creek in the evening. The location to Manitou Springs restaurants and shopping is great!
Property was as described - but the back area with the river running through it was better than described! I could've just sat out back by the river the whole time! It's a perfect little spot in Manitou Springs!
Awesome little cabin
The cabin was great. It was just as advertised. Small and yet well equipped. Was a great place to get away for the weekend. We wish that we could have stayed longer and spent more time just relaxing at the cabin.
Cute, Clean and Cozy!
I absolutely adored this cute cabin and was so sad to be leaving. The cabin was very clean. Its perfect for couples looking to get away. It's right at the foot of a mountain with a creek in the back, it was soothing listening to it at night. Manitou was amazing and you're right next to downtown so everything is walking distance. Lots of cute shops, so many delicious cafes and restaurants and everybody is so nice and welcoming! Definitely will be going back. Thank you so much for inviting us in your home!
I really enjoyed the stay here! It was great to wake up every morning and be able to step out and see the stream out back. Loved being so close to downtown Manitou Springs too. The cabin was clean and cozy.
Cute little cabin with a charming creek right outside the back door
We had an amazing time and the cabin had everything we needed! Location is great and it's just a very short walk into town. We found a couple of dog friendly patios, too! (Manitou Brewing Company, Stagecoach and D'Vine Wine.) Having coffee on the back patio with the sound of the creek was heavenly. I would recommend you read through the property binder - it will answer all of your questions. We will definitely be back!
This little cabin is on a property with 2 other cabins right on the river and a short walk from penny arcades, a zip line, shops, bars and restaurants in downtown Manitou Springs. The cabin itself has its own deck overlooking the river and is an extremely quiet peaceful setting with 200 ft trees overhead. The town of Manitou Springs has some wonderful attractions including the Cog Railway, which will take your right up to Pikes Peak as well as the Incline Trail, a 2000 ft ascent over a mile with amazing views all the way up the hike.
Manitou Springs and the cabin are just 6 miles away from Downtown Colorado Springs. Between Manitou and Colorado Springs sits the must see Garden of the Gods. This wonderful park boast amazing rock formations and is an absolute must see. Additional wonderful things to do and see in the area include a visit to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, The Olympic Training Center the Air Force Academy and even a visit to Santa's Workshop is great if you have kids.
