This 2 bedroom loft apartment is located on the 2nd floor (considered as the 3rd floor in the US and Canada) of a smart renovated building with elevator and a security system in Kings Cross, London. It is a very large apartment- 120 m2 (1300 ft²) and it has a 35 m2 (375 ft²) private terrace with patio furniture and bamboo plants.

The living room features hardwood floors, exposed beams, white walls and minimalist modern furnishings. The seating area of the living room contains two comfortable sofas, coffee table and TV with DVD player. A large window takes up the entire eastern wall and gives access to the balcony. There is also a round glass table in front of the window where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The dining area can be found on the other side of the open living room. There is a dining table that seats 6 and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed or twin beds (your choice). There is also a king size bed in the living room. The modern bathroom contains a shower, WC and washbasin with a large mirror.

This luxury apartment overlooks a quiet street, and the windows are double glazed, to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. There is a picturesque canal just two blocks away, with waterside restaurants and a nature reserve. Walking along the canal you can reach Camden Market, Regents Park, London Zoo and many other places of interest.

A Waitrose supermarket is just 3 minutes walk away. Furthermore, there restaurants and shops for every budget in the neighborhood, and Kings Cross Station is just 3 minutes walk away. Not only a must for Harry Potter fans, this station also makes it easy to take a day trip to other UK cities. Kings Cross is also a London Underground station, and gives access to the Circle, Northern, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan subway lines.

St. Pancras Station is just 7 minutes walk from the apartment, where the Eurostar will take you to Paris in 2 hours 15 minutes.

Check-in from 2pm, and check-out by 10am unless otherwise agreed.

Guests will be requested to sign a short contract and provide a passport to be copied on arrival.

Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.

Large, beautiful, comfortable, convenient flat

We enjoyed our week at Paul's beautiful flat immensely. Comfortable IKEA furniture.

Not over-decorated as are some flats but everything you need included.

Paul is very responsive. We will happily return.

Great place for a family or anyone staying in London!

This was our first time using VRBO, and with a family of six we were nervous at first. The service was great, and Paul gave us a lot of information to make our visit easier, including apps to use, and the best train to use coming from Gatwick.

The room looks just as the pictures appears. The apartment was very clean and was less than a 10 minute walk to tube, and 5 minute walk to grocery store and several places to eat. The neighborhood was very safe and well lit.

Again this was our first time using VRBO and I was very impressed on how easy the process was, thanks Paul and Iva for helping make our vacation memorable!

Nice convenient apartment

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at the apartment. It is large, clean and conveniently located. Restaurants, a supermarket and the Underground are very close by. While there is a bit of construction still going on nearby, it was limited to regular day hours and did not disturb us. We would stay here again in an instant.

Large, comfortable Kings Cross loft

Three generations of our family enjoyed this flat. It is a surprisingly large, recently renovated, and comfortably furnished two bedroom flat with a third bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub). It is on a busy but not noisy street with lots of cabs and buses and is an easy walk from St. Pancras International, ideal if flying into Gatwick.

Lovely London flat - -perfect for families with kids who need their space!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a week's stay at Paul's flat. It is as described--with plenty of space for our 3 kids to spread out (younger kids took the separate bedroom with twin beds, while our teen took the bigger bed in the open space) and for us to have our own bedroom. We used the convenient kitchen (IKEA design) to make our breakfasts each day--saving some money (purchased our breakfast items at the Waitrose grocery store, just a 5 minute walk from the flat). I personally loved the washer and dryer--we were able to reduce the amount of clothes we brought since I could do laundry (I know, doesn't sound like fun on a vacation...but trust me, I'd much rather do mini laundry batches while on vacay than many giant ones at home) so that saved on our luggage weight limits too. Location was perfect--5 min. walk to King's Cross tube station--central to everything. Also enjoyed walking to Camden stalls along the canal path right next to the flat--Camden has pretty much every international food you can think of, and street/stall purveyors of every imaginable item, t-shirts to tea strainers. Paul was responsive to our queries both prior to arriving and when we got to the flat (and used What's App to communicate during the week). Couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. Would love to return!
