Like New home built in 2006. 1580 square foot home with all of the amenities, dinning room, full kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms, with 2 full baths.
Master Bedroom with King size bed and large bathroom and walk in closet, the other 2 Bedrooms have Queen size beds with a bathroom. Beautiful backyard with a heated pool and jetted spa. Large out door kitchen with BBQ, sink, refrigerator and side burner. Flat screen TV in Living Room with DVD player and flat screen in the Master Bedroom, both TV's have basic cable. Covered patio with lighted ceiling fans and a large outdoor granite topped table with seating for six. WiFi also. On street and off street parking is available but the garage is not.

Great Backyard with pool, spa and outdoor kitchen. Looks beautiful in the day...and even better at night when the lighting comes on.
I want to thank the owners For opening their amazing home to us. We had such an amazing time. Everyone felt so at home and relaxed. This home is absolutely beautiful and so comfy. We came out to hang out on the lake for one last summer trip. We decided to stay at the house one day because it had all the amenities we needed. We got to visit with our friends who live in Bullhead and Fort Mohave. I would defiantly stay here again! Thanks to Vickie and her family for opening their beautiful home to us and giving us a wonderful visit to Az. Such nice neighbors and area to be in! Very close to everything and very memorable!
We rent all over the country and when I see pictures of a house with a garage, I assume I will be able to park my car in there, especially because the temps are so high in AUGUST(107-117) When I asked the Property Mgr to unlock the garage so we could put our car in, he told me I couldn't use it because the owners' cars were parked inside. I would NEVER HAVE RENTED HERE had I been made aware of this very important fact. We rented for an entire month. NOTHING in the listing when I booked this 8 months in advance, and NOTHING in the contract said this was NOT POSSIBLE. Imagine my shock. Also, there was a SECURITY ISSUE, which means the door INTO the house was locked from the garage side, which meant it was impossible to lock it to keep anyone else from coming into the house while we were gone, which anyone would surely know because our car would NOT be in the driveway, letting the neighbors and anyone with a key know that we were NOT there. We noticed twice while there, that the outside small garage entry door was unlocked and came home to find the door into OUR PART of the house was unlocked as well. After finding it open, we used bungee cords to keep people OUT.
Other than that, the house was nice, the backyard was nicely landscaped. The bed was comfortable. I would not rent here again, because of the garage. I contacted the owner by email about it after talking to the property mgr, when he couldn't help me, but she never responded. It would have been nice if she had offered to PULL ONE OF HER CARS OUT, so I could put mine in, considering we had rented for 30 days. But, NOTHING! Not even the courtesy if a response of any kind. I also suggested that she note the fact that the garage is totally inaccessible in her VRBO listing, but as of today's date, she has NOT changed it.
We spent 4 days here for summer the house is well kept, the area is very peaceful!
I had a group of friends stay at this property in June, 2016. The owner/management was very responsive both to emails and phone calls. Everything from start to finish was very smooth in terms of planning, booking, asking additional questions, and checking out. When we arrived, the AC was already turned on so we didn't have to wait in the heat until the rooms cooled, the home was clean, well designed, the backyard was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was stocked with non perishable essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar, etc as well as kitchenware. The home is just a few minutes drive from the Laughlin casinos and a few minutes from the river beaches.
Overall, everyone was extremely satisfied with the home and the experience. We cooked every meal in the house and found that nothing was lacking. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to rent in this area. The only minor drawback was that one of the property managers stopped by the house unannounced (I believe to pick up a pair of scissors from the kitchen), he came through the backyard into the home. I have stayed in VRBO homes where this has happened, but they usually give you a call first. Of course, we didn't mind, we were just about to sit down for dinner, but it's possible that we could have been changing from the beach, sleeping, etc. Would have been nice to have a heads up, but again, very minor intrusion and does not take away from the quality of the home or the experience. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
Let me start by saying the house is awesome!!!! The inside and outside were perfect! Vickies turn around regarding any question was fast she is awesome with any questions I had before the stay thank you Vickie for opening your house to us and the heated pool was a big plus since it was in the 60 when we were here! We will def be coming back
Home was super clean which is very very important. completely spotless. had the manager come by and check in on us and was helpful. everything was readily available, and wifi was at a good speed since some work needed to be done. owner was super patient and always willing to answer questions. i would not hesitate or have to think twice about staying here. thank you for letting us stay at the home and making us feel welcomed.

Property just minutes away from the Colorado River, Lake Mohave, Laughlin Casinos and the Desert and all of it's scenery. Just a short drive from Historic Oatman Arizona and the areas gold mines.
