My husband and I love it.

The listing was spot on. It had everything you need to start your vacation.

The decor was very fitting for the area. The cabin was easy to find. Our gps took us right to the office.

We went to Clingmans Dome, Ripleys Aquarium. Our two granddaughters had a blast at Goats on the Roof. This is just a few places we visited and enjoyed every minute.

I would recommend Tucked Away cabin to my friends and family.

My only complaint is that there must have been a dog in the cabin at sometime. A lot of dog hair. I would suggest housekeeping to be a little more aware of that.

This cabin was the perfect set up for our family of four. Super comfy beds and everything we needed

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay in Tucked Away. It was very neat and clean when we arrived. We slept great in the super comfortable beds, enjoyed the hot tub, sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch, and enjoyed playing board games in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The only negative I can say is that the bathroom smelled a bit for the majority of our stay. Nothing overpowering, but definitely noticeable. I believe perhaps it was the plumbing. It didn't stop us from having a great trip.

Great cabin

  • 5 of 5

Tucked a Away was the perfect cabin for our getaway. We loved all the amenities, such as, hot tub, reclining in the sofa watching tv with a fire crackling in the fireplace. Absolutely loved it and did not want to come home.

It was also convenient to Pigeon Forge with just a short drive to the parkway.

Best part was we got to include our little dog Bella on our trip. Thanks for being pet friendly!!!

The cabin was charming and clean! Loved the game machine and shower. Only concern was the toilet. I'm assuming it's from a pump so the bathroom reeked the whole weekend. It started to fade on our last morning. It appeared clean and flushed properly but my husband was quite turned off by the smell. Otherwise, great location and close to restaurants and shopping. Far enough away to be considered secluded!

Not Happy at All!!!

  • 2 of 5

The cabin is a great cabin. However them being cleaned is a different story. The 1st cabin we were put in had confetti from some type of party that was held there inside and outside the cabin. The bathroom shower was dirty. The counter still had jelly on it as there was crumbs on the counters. The sheets and pillow cases had hair all over them. We called and asked them to bring new linens well instead they moved us to another cabin. Well we get to this cabin and both the outside light bulbs were blown as well as one inside. So we couldn't see to move in at 11pm at night. Next both fan remotes needed batteries as you couldn't turn them on. Checking the counters there were not as dirty but still needed to be washed down. The shower was dirty but at least the sheets were clean so we could sleep there.

When we went in on Saturday to discuss the issues we were told there was a error in their system and our first cabin was not cleaned. Well who makes the bed and folds towels if they are leaving. I think this was just a run around answer to get us to leave. They didn't offer any type of discount or even our cleaning fee back after having to move cabins. They should consider hiring new people who actually clean and don't bring their kids or have their kids do the cleaning for them.

Great cabin!

  • 5 of 5

We loved the cabin and surrounding area. The cabin was updated, clean and had everything needed for a week getaway. Be careful when putting the address to the check-in location into a GPS as it put us in a residential neighborhood. It was dark, raining, and we had been in the car for over 15 hours and when we called for help finding the check in place the employee sounded annoyed and was not helpful to someone who did not know the area. We ended up putting in the name of the check-in place instead of the physical address into the GPS and were able to find it that way. The young lady who checked us in was not very warm and welcoming. It would have been a much better check in experience to get the code to the cabin in an email and sign off on what we had to agree to. I would recommend this place as once we were in the cabin it was a fantastic stay.
