About Tania Doggett
We currently reside in San Diego California but have spent years in the Rocky Mountain region. We are avid skiers and fisherman and we love the beauty & convienience of Park City (only 40 mins from SLC airport to our door!)
Tania Doggett purchased this Townhome in 2012
Why Tania Doggett chose Old Town
We are avid skiers and fisherman and we love the beauty & convienience of Park City (only 40 mins from SLC airport to our door!) We love to hike and bike in the summers. We have attended the music & cooking festivals, July 4th and of course the Sundance Film Festival and this towhome is close to it all!
What makes this Townhome unique
We have been lucky enough to have travelled to many countries of the world (and still do) We thoroughly enjoy staying in properties with all of the creature comforts of home. The location & convienience of the unit was the main reason we purchased here. We use the unit as the renters do-- and we really believe that if it felt like a home guests would like to return. We love eating out at the great selection of restaurants that Park City and Deer Valley has to offer offer yet we also have a well stocked & top quality kitchen & dining area because we like to cook and we know that after a long day on the slope or hiking-- these things matter. The materials we have left for reading and learning reflect things we love about Park City and want to share with our guests. Our property manager is a local. When she greets you, she can be a fountain of information. Where are the best places to eat or drink, what times are specific slopes the best, where can I get fishing gear in a hurry. We pride ourselves on being able to offer this to our guests. We certainly take advantage of it ourselves! Lastly, we love the fact that the airport all-resort shuttle drops us off right in front of the condo if we choose to not drive our car to Park City.

Great location, nice condo
We thought this place was great! It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishware and cutlery along with pots and pans and even oils, sugars, and spices. This is a 3 story, with the bunk beds at the bottom level, kitchen and living room on 2nd floor, and 2 additional bedrooms on top floor, so be aware, if you don't like stairs. Also, the parking was very limited, so if you have a couple cars in your group, you'll have to find parking on the street. Other than that, highly recommend this condo!
Unfortunately, we had to cut our visit short due to a family emergency. Tania was quick to respond to any of our requests. The bus line is right outside your door and the town is very walkable. If you’re in Park City Utah in the summer it can get very warm, so be forewarned this townhouse does not have AC. Very nice kitchen and fully stocked.
We thought the free bus right in front was an added surprise/
Great Stay in Park City
My wife and I stayed in Tania's place for a month this summer. We really enjoyed the home as well as the location. For us the private hot tub, attached garage and ample space made the stay perfect. The neighborhood is lively with parks, music, library and cafe. Many days we would walk up through the historic neighborhood to lunch or dinner. Tania was very responsive to any questions we had and was a super host. Hoping to get back soon!

Park City Family Regroup
Great property, great location and enough separation for all of the family members. Beautiful weekend!
Happened to be 90 degrees one of the days, only downfall no A/C but who knew!
The townhouse is located in Old Town in the heart of Park City. It is a block form the from Park City Mountain Resort. It is in walking distance to Main Street. Park City offers a great variety of restaurants, bars, shopping, and art galleries. Shuttles are available to and from Salt Lake International Airport (SLC), or car rentals are available for the 40 minute drive. Free Park City Bus System stops just outside the unit. This system takes you places such as Main St, Prospector Square, Kimball Junction and every available ski access in Deer Valley and Park City areas so no car is necessary once you arrive at the townhouse. Park City is also home to the famous Sundance Film Festival, which happens for 10 days every January - and this condo is walking distance to many of the venues! The City Park is across the street, offering free tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, softball/soccer/football fields, a playground, a skate park, and grilling areas (in summer). Great hiking and mountain biking are across the street and connect with an extensive trail system throughout Park City. The Jordanelle reservoir is 10 minutes away, which offers boating, camping, picnic areas, and beaches on the lake. Various rivers are also close by and offer fishing, tubing, and rafting. Other great ski areas are also in driving distance - Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton are a 45 minute drive, Snow Basin and Powder Mountain are a 1.5 hour drive. The Tangier Outlets are a 10 minute drive, and attractions in Salt Lake City are a 30 minute drive.
