We are very close to the airport, downtown Salt Lake (Temple Square, City Creek Center), beautiful parks with fun playgrounds, and centers of art and culture. 5 minutes from highways I-15 and I-80. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood, the library/office, the children's play room, the large dining area, and cozy living room with 42" flat screen (with easy HDMI hookup). Our place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

About Skyler Collins
We're a family of 5. We've decided to do a little traveling and to share our home with fellow travelers.
Skyler Collins purchased this House in 2005
Why Skyler Collins chose Rose Park
Great stay for families. The play room is filled with toys for all ages, and a PlayStation 2. The living room has a large flat screen television with streaming hookup (HDMI), Blu-ray player, and a Nintendo Wii. The dining room contains a large table with 6 chairs. Extra chairs stored in the garage, along with a card table. The kids room has 3 beds and several story books for goodnight reading. The kitchen has all of your basic amenities (toaster, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle), plus several electronic items for food preparation (slow cooker, popcorn maker, and more). You'll also notice labels around the house to make your use of the home easier.

Cozy, comfy, and perfect for 10 people/2 families!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From the coffee and breakfast, to the kitchen that had all the essentials for preparing meals, to the abundance of hot water for the showering needs of 2 families, to the ample towels, wash rags, blankets, and pillows, to the Wii that the kids played and played and played, to even having a parking spot in the garage for my car that doesn't keep water out very well, This is a home away from home. We liked how close it was to downtown, the ability to access interstates and highways for quick travel down to a Real Salt Lake game, and the quiet neighborhood with no fear of issues.
The owner is easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and helpful with information and tips. If we are traveling to Salt Lake again, we would definitely stay here again and rent from this owner.
It was a great experience, a good time, and a fantastic stay!
You're welcome back any time!
This is our second stay at Skylar’s home. We’ll be back again next winter!
Amazing house. Everything we needed and more!
The owners had everything prepared for us and the house was great. Plenty of room for us to sleep and relax. Had many entertainment options. It had everything we needed.
Clean and inviting
Owners were quick to respond with any questions. Beds were comfortable and everything was well organized. We had a great stay!
Great, inexpensive stay!
The owners are amazing to work with! The communication was great, everything is labeled so it is easy to find what you need. There was also plenty of space and places to sleep, which is all we really needed it for. We were there for a wedding and had up to 9 people staying there and everyone was comfortable. We would have liked more counter space for getting ready in the bathrooms and upgrade the shower surround, but all in all, a great stay! I loved nearby trail along the river for our morning exercise and there was plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again!
We had a convention in SLC and needed a place for 10 of us to stay. We all slept very comfortable. The home owners were excellent to work with and were so kind by leaving muffins, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. I highly recommend staying here. There is nothing fancy about this house but it is definitely clean and nice!
