- A refundable damage deposit of £250 or 10% of the rental balance(if booking is 2 weeks or longer) is payable to The Edinburgh Address via our Guest Area portal 7 days before arrival and shall be refunded 7 days after departure. Funds shall only be with held on the instruction of the owner or property manager due to damage being caused during the booking.

The location right across form the Edinburgh Castle was breathtaking time and again. We seemed to be just minutes away from everything. The remodeled apartment was very chic and up to date with every amenity we needed. Welcome basket was so thoughtful, we enjoyed every item! Very professional team regarding our reservation, payments and deposit. Local representative stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed and got settled in. Easy system to obtain keys and gain entry. Cab stopped at our door!

Top quality apartment. Very tasteful decor and all the comforts you could wish for.

We arrived early for a weekend in the Castle View Apartment. We had a 10 minute wait in the cold awaiting our key holder. This was soon forgotten when we stepped in to the warm welcome of our weekend home. As the other guests arrived we all had to choose a bedroom.... who would get the best room? Well, we all did! Every bedroom is tastefully decorated and luxurious. Only one room did not have an en-suite, but as there was also a family bathroom off the main hallway, nobody really missed out.

The living area had sufficient seating for all of the guests (6) to chill out and either prepare for our day out, or reflect on our time as we unwound before bedtime.

We chose to eat out most of the weekend, but, having had eoungh of city life, we had a lovely Sunday evening together around the dining table. We enjoyed the ambience of the kitchen / dining room. It was cosy, but large enough not to feel closed in. Later on Sunday evening we retired to the living room, where again we enjoyed the comfort of the furnishings and the atmosphere the room created with its high ceilings and quality wallpaper. And, of course, from the windows to the front of the apartment we had great views all day and night of the Castle and surrounding grounds.

The Apartment, did not only work in terms of its facilities inside. It's positioning within the city meant all the city sites we wished to visit were within easy walking distance. This was especially important to me, as I suffer from a painful ankle, having had a Club foot as a child. Even for me, I could make George Street in less than 10 minutes.

Although I live locally to Edinburgh, I would still gladly use this Apartment again. And, in fact, we are already planning a return trip, perhaps at a warmer time of year next time!!

Exactly as presented and impeccable service

The flat is lovely and fully equipped for short stays. The location is convenient to NewTown and safe for night time walking, also convenient to walk to Old Town and The Castle area for museums and galleries. Edinburgh Address personnel were tremendously helpful with very capable concierge arrangements and their own prompt handling of all our requests.

Beautiful apartment, amazing views and super comfortable beds! We loved it!

Overall a wonderful flat - absolutely beautiful! just a couple of small glitches - hard to get four showers in with all having hot water although I believe they fixed that - door to washer/dryer stuck and they should leave directions to that appliance. The main bedroom was a bit noisy as it faced the street and there was a great deal of traffic outside.
