You can also get in your car and drive down Pearl street to a nice beach access with parking (no steps or climbing).

Guests can rent a boat and crab pots just walking distance from the house and pull Dungeness crab right from the bay. Another popular activity is digging for clams - gapers, butters, littlenecks, cockles and other clams are in abundance here. Netarts Bay is also known for the cultivation of oysters, which are not available for picking. Any big shopping is done in Tillamook, which is only seven miles away. Otherwise, locally, there are small grocery stores and a few tiny restaurants and shops. If you want a great meal with an incredible view, stop by The Scooner, just down the road.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental managementthings like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We had a wonderful trip and the views were the best part. I miss sipping my morning coffee and watching the waves and seals. We loved having the beach so close and being able to have a beach fire and not have to pack up in the car to get home. We will definitely be back!
Nice little home for a short stay in Netarts. Great view of the bay and the ocean.
Suitable for a small family, or a few people. The two bathrooms are good sized, but the one bedroom downstairs is very small. Can barely close the door. Comfortable and clean, with a great view!!!
Good: It was a comfortable stay. Theres a grocery store nearby, and the beach is at a walkable distance from the back of the house. Nice and calm beach. Awesome view from hall and kitchen.
Not so good: Utensils and beds were a bit old.
Very nice view, but overall the property and furnishings could use some updates. Might be more of a cozy impromptu getaway for two to four people if there were some much needed upgrades. Access to the beach area was nice.
I will want to come back here. Love the big windows and the view. They are working on the place but it seems all most done. Lots of room for many folks. The deck was not used much and the glass on it needed cleaning. Kitchen pans could have been better. Recommend staying here. We love just walking the beach and seeing the beauty of the area, watching the sunset. It was fun to watch the boaters checking their crab pots. Hiking near by.
