Right on the beach! Located on the lovely west beach Blvd, quiet but close to the heart of Gulf Shores. Breathtaking view of sugar white sand beach from the large balcony. Beachside pool, hot tub, and grills. A local professional rental company cleans, maintains and manages the condo.

From Brett Robinson website: We liked the extra deep balcony. Deeper than the All-Suites Hotel. We did miss having HD tv and many channels like we have at home. All in all it was excellent.

Nice view for sure...

We loved the location. We loved the setup of the bunk beds for our granddaughters. We didn't care so much for the master bed. It was very small & very uncomfortable. In our opinion, you could do without a side table & provide a comfy king bed. Everything else was great. Loved having washer & dryer. Loved the balcony. Great ocean views & we saw dolphin swimming many times. Having binoculars was a bonus (we brought some). The route to the beach was nice & easily accessible & the shower was a nice thing to have there. Maybe a little overpriced, but it was Spring Break. It stinks that people take advantage of tourists just because of a holiday. We had a nice stay nonetheless

Great ocean view - easy beach access-adequate accommodations

The condo was as described and met all of our needs but wasn't anything spectacular. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great every night. Furniture inside was comfy but balcony furniture wasn't ( comfy chair pads would have helped ). The condo appeared to be clean but when my husband was up in the middle of the night last night he saw 2 cockroaches. He killed the first one but the 2nd got away. Now I'm worried as to what might be traveling home with us & plan to unload the car into the garage when we get home. Other than this problem ( which we reported when we dropped the keys off) the condo was ok. There wasn't an ice maker nor was there a blender. There was plenty of dishes, glassware and cutlery. We had a great vacation - restful, fun and relaxing. We rented a similar condo for a similar price last year and found it to be bigger and better stocked. If the bugs hadn't shown themselves I would have said we might return but we won't be back to seacrest 804!

Owner's Response: I'm really sorry that you found roaches in the unit. I have owned this condo for 6 years and this is the very first time. Our HOA does pest control regularly (four times a year) throughout the whole building. I have asked them to redo the pest control for this unit. I'm sorry again, and hope you can give us another chance.

Beautiful location, needs some updating

The condo worked well for us. It is directly on the ocean with a beautiful view. It had everything we needed, and we loved our stay. The condo could use some updating, especially in the bathroom. The fixtures and tile are showing their age.

Not impressed

The condo was lovely, however very uncomfortable. The beds were awful and the pull out couch is not fit for a dog to sleep on. The balcony chairs was terrible. And that is where we spent most of our time. I would suggest cushions for outside chairs and maybe some lounge chairs. The mattress need to be replaced. As for most people my age I went there for rest and I could not sleep on those beds so no rest was found. I was glad that it had lots of extra pillows and blankets and plenty of towels. One roll of toilet paper not good for as many days.

Will not be renting this condo again.

Owner's Response: I was really shocked by this review, and even wondered whether this guest stayed in my condo! Like most people, I choose my vacation accommodation and online purchases based on reviews, but after reading this review, I realized how biased and unfair some reviews could be! As you can see on this page, many guests commented how comfortable the bed is in the previous reviews. The pull out couch in the living room is a commercial grade queen size bed. I paid $2400 for the sofa- bed and the chair a little over a year ago. The balcony chairs and table are high-end outdoor furniture as well. As to the supplies of the condo, one roll of toilet paper is a standard practice of Brett/Robinson and other rental management companies, which is explicitly stated in the listing. Like most of the other beach condos alike, this condo’s furniture serves the need of relaxing for a beach vacation. Many guests loved the condo and have returned.
