This home offers the lifestyle you’re looking for when visiting Las Vegas, and comes without the surprise resort fees, cramped hotel rooms, long walks from the parking garage to your room, and lines and crowds of people everywhere you turn. It’s the best of both worlds really, offering a private oasis in the desert, just 10-15 minutes from all the action.
Unlock the door, and you will find a large entryway welcoming you to your own private retreat for the duration of your stay. Immediately to your right, there are 2 guest rooms with queen sized beds, and a full bath. Continuing in, you’ll discover an open floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen all together, perfect for gathering around to eat, watching movies, playing games and pool, relaxing, and whatever else it is you like to do with your time. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, all new appliances, and is fully equipped. For your movie and TV watching pleasure, there is a 65” television in the living room with cable, and Red Box can be found nearby if you want to rent movies for an evening at home. The gas fireplace adds ambiance in the cooler months.
To the left of the living areas, the Master Suite awaits. It’s furnished with a new king sized bed with a very comfortable mattress, a 42” plasma TV, blackout curtains for when you might want to sleep in, and a large master bath with soaking tub, glass shower, double sinks, and vanity. You’ll also find a comfy recliner if you’re looking for an indoor reading nook, and some quiet time.
In the fully fenced backyard, the sparkling pool and spa await you. The pool is what really makes this home stand out. It’s private, has a wading end perfect for lounge chairs for sunbathing, and it’s great for the little ones, supervised, of course! There is also a gas grill, and an outdoor dining area, ideal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner poolside.
You don’t need to pack much, as there is also a new washer and dryer in the laundry room.
When you arrive, you will find plenty of off-street parking (rent a car to save yourself some money if you are flying in, as it’s cheaper than taxi’s, and parking is free at all of the casinos – we like Orbitz for the best deals) If travelling by RV, there is space alongside the home for parking, as well.

We live and work in Washington, and enjoy having a vacation home in the sunny state of Nevada. We have friends and family there, and enjoy spending time with our relatives. We find a little sunshine and break from the grind at home is good for the soul!
Clint Bjornson purchased this house in 2010
The house was newer, and had the nicest pool of all we looked at. We also liked the neighborhood, it is quiet and family friendly.
The house was perfect! We had an amazing time! The pool and hot tub were amazing! The only complaint we had was the coffee pot doesn't work properly. Thanks for letting us use your home!!!
My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. Loved the gas stove in the kitchen for cooking as well as the outdoor grill. With a stay in June and temperatures between 100 and 115 degrees, we really appreciated the pool. The house was very clean and there were ample towels for the pool. I was surprised there wasn't a hairdryer in the master bathroom as there were plenty of toiletries. There was even an iron and an ironing board. The only thing that would have enhanced our stay during such a hot spell, would have been the option to park in the garage. Check-in/Check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Clint, the homeowner, was extremely gracious and helpful . I highly recommend this property.
Great place for our needs, quiet location, spacious, as described. One suggestion, pots and pans were a little worn, other than that was enjoyable.
My first impression as i walked in the door was, WOW...this place is very clean, I love it!!!!
I can stress enough how important a clean sanitized place makes for my family n myself. As I continued to check it out n to see how thoughtful the owner was to have all kinds of amenities n house essentials. I was really pleased, impressed n very happy to have booked this place. Oh one other thing was, how easy the check in n check out process. Also the owner made himself available n we were able to communicate with him with a simple text.
One hundred percent recommend this house!!!
This rental home is perfect for a Vegas family vacation. It is conveniently located to be close enough to the "action" but yet far enough away in a quiet neighborhood. It is impeccably clean and well stocked having all the necessities for a rental home to include spices, paper products and laundry soap. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition to the home. The owner was easy to work with and made himself available via phone if any questions came up. We highly recommend this property for a Las Vegas getaway.
This was our 4th visit to Las Vegas for the NASCAR weekend but first time we decided to rent a home instead of staying on the strip. We (2 couples) were thrilled with this Oasis home.
We utilized everything from the pool/BBQ, large kitchen, pool table and comfy couches. Everything was clean. The master bedroom was huge. The other 2 bedrooms were nice.
Clint, the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of our emails right away. Thank you!
Walmart and Starbucks were right around the corner from the house so that was very convenient. The location of the house in regards to the track was 10mins or less. It was nice to not have to sit in traffic especially on race day.
We would highly recommend this home to anyone that just wants to get away from the craziness of the strip and/or wants a place that feels like home away from home.

Located within just a few miles, you will find The Old Cannery casiono which has an amazing movie theatre, and my favorite stops when I am in Vegas - Target, Ross, Smith's grocery store, and Five Guys burgers. We always recommend visiting the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, where Pawn Stars in filmed. It's free, and it's a lot of fun to see all of the items they have on display, from motorcycles to antique slots to sports and political memorabilia. Also, the zip lines on Freemont Street are loads of fun, if you aren't afraid of heights! We like to hit at least one buffet while we're in Vegas, and have tried them all. Madalay Bay is our top pick for pricing and quality. One suggestion - check out the Groupons for Las Vegas before your trip each day, and you might find a deal on a show, spa, tourist activities, or a meal. If you are flexible, the best deal on tickets is Half Price Tickets, day of. Feel free to ask for any other recommendations - you might be able to tell that we love it there, and visit frequently!
