We both graduated from UBC and love the surroundings. Our property is nestled in the vibrant Kitsilano close to beaches, specialty shops and downtown Vancouver. It offers easy access to all amenities. Popular tourist attractions - Granville Island, Stanley Park, Vancouver Aquarium, Science World, Chinatown - just to name a few, are all within 15 minute driving distance.

The location has a 92 walk score-Walker Paradise-daily errands can be done on foot, a 73 transit score-excellent transit-transit is convenient for most trips and a 82 bike score-very bikeable-biking is convenient for most trips.
The Vancouver City Council has approved the Seaside Greenway and Bikeway Project along the Point Grey Road, a few blocks north of 4th Avenue. It will provide a safe, convenient and comfortable walking and cycling connection between Burrard Bridge and Jericho beach. Jericho Beach and Spanish Banks Beach are breathtaking and very popular for outdoor activities all year round.
We loved your condo! It was decorated so nicely, very roomy and quiet. The gift was such a lovely, welcoming gesture. Thank you so much. We will definitely come to stay again. The location is close to our kids, it was easy for them to pick us up and we felt very safe there. Thank you for a lovely experience.
We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was well situated for walking to stores, coffee shops, tennis courts and the beaches. Buses run along the route regularly if you don't have a car. Being at the back of the building, it was quiet as West 4th is a main thoroughfare. The building entrance and the condo itself were both tidy and clean. The king size bed was very comfortable with white linens. Lots of room to store luggage, golf clubs and tennis gear! It was quite hot during the weeks we were there (August) so the only downside was little airflow from the back lane so the condo was very warm. Normally Vancouver is not that hot. I would recommend staying there. The host David met us and was very nice and helpful.
This convenient, quiet, one bedroom, West Point Grey condo has the advantage of being surrounded by the seaside neighbourhoods of Kitsilano, English Bay, Jericho and Spanish Banks. All amenities are within walking distance.
This welcoming condo has everything to make one feel at home including a laundry room, den, living room ( with fold out couch ), separate bedroom with comfortable bed(s),100% white, cotton bedsheets and towels, ensuite with cheater door, full kitchen with IKEA kitchen implements, dishes and cookware. Also, it has the advantage and ease of underground parking. Finally, the host Mr. David Chan, was timely, thorough, kind and professional.
We as a young family with toddlers had a great time staying here. The place is bright and pleasant with big kitchen and walk-in closet! We get to enjoy the beautiful Vancouver beach daily. Grocery shopping, playgrounds, family restaurants, and libraries are all within walking/5min driving distance. The hosts are really friendly make the whole stay heartwarming. A true summer home to remember.
This condo is on the popular 4th Ave. which is close to just about everything in Kitslano. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is the lack of air conditioning (which is very common in Vancouver), and an older model TV.
This apartment has everything we needed for our two weeks in Vancouver. Comfortable bed, nice linen, great location and very secure, with plenty of room for 2 peopl. The kitchen well set up for eating in. The washing and drying facilities perfect. All together a great package. This Kitsilano apartment has easy walking access to parks, beaches, shops, restaurants, cafés etc. Easy to catch bus into downtown area. Highly recommend this apartment if you want trouble free accommodation. The owners were extremely helpful and professional in every way. Thanks so much for everything David and Jasmin. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our son.
One of the major advantages to renting an apartment in Vancouver is that it allows you to escape the "downtown hotel" default experience and allows you to have a true Vancouverite experience. The location of this apartment is awesome - located right in Kistlano it allows easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment does not face the busy street and the building was very quiet and secure. There was plenty of space for my husband and I. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for the nights we decided to stay in and cook. It was unseasonably hot during our stay in July, reaching +32 degrees celcius and there is no air conditioning in the suite. However, air conditioning is quite rare in Vancouver because so is hot hot hot weather! We were very happy there were 2 fans in the suite. The owners were very nice, accommodating and professional. I would definitely stay at this apartment again!

Reservation deposit of 50% rent is required to save your dates. The deposit is NOT part of the rent, which will automatically be changed to security deposit after check in. The security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure. The full rent payment is required 30 days prior to check-in. Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
