Great place to stay
We stayed 1/2 block from the center of Elk st. Great for walking to restaurants and shopping Nice appliances and great layout. Lily our Brittany spaniel loves the back yard. Nice cabin.
Very cute. Well designed use of small space. Perfect location. We had so much fun. Loved this place and love CB!
Thank you Julie, we are glad you enjoyed! Please come back and visit us again!
A Loveable Cottage in Crested Butte
We loved our four days in Summer Cottage, would love to stay a month next Summer! The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The cottage feels larger than it is, very easy to live in. The water pressure and temperature are fabulous, much better than at home. In a quiet neighborhood half a block from outstanding restaurants, art galleries and shops. Priscila, the owner lives in town and was very nice to work with. Check-in and out were very easy.
We’d go back in a minute if we could!!!
We loved this little cottage for our family of 4 (plus small dog). The backyard was delightful. The location was great for walking to town.
Thank you! We are glad you enjoyed our little piece of paradise!
We loved staying in this cottage! Great location, clean, perfect backyard. Highly recommended, especially if you have dogs!
Great house, enjoyed our stay but not satisfied with security deposit Issues
Great home and great location... When we arrived the home was clean and we had a great stay... early on in the trip I noticed the handle on the door of the dryer was partially broken... I should have reached out to the owner when i noticed this but frankly i was busy with my kids... as we were leaving my wife had run a batch of laundry for the homeowner and put stuff in the dryer... when she opened the door the handle came off...I didn't hear anything from the homeowner asking about the handle just got a charge of over $250 to fix... Better communication by me and the home owner would likely have solved this issue better. She claims we tried to hide the damage not the case at all. As soon as we got info on the Charge I reached out and admitted the handle broke, the fact is though it was previsouly damaged!
I'm glad you had a good time in the home!
We do agree that communicating the damage to us over putting the broken handle back in place would had been a better choice.
We did email VRBO Claims, the day after departure, notifying the damage. A few days after, once the handle was fixed, we refunded the due amount within the time frame.
Thank you and I am sorry about the incident.
