We Felt at Home the Moment We Arrived! What a Great Neighborhood!

  • 5 of 5

I cannot say enough great about this house!! So comfortable, super quiet neighborhood and close I75, I275, Hwy 301 and 41! We immediately felt comfortable there, everything we needed was available. Worth walking around the neighborhood too and seeing all the beautiful homes and the Bay. There is a HUGE backyard which is why we rented the house to have the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. There is also a beautiful pool, but it was a little chilly for us this time. Debra the owner was so accommodating, even letting us store items for the party prior to our official check-in. The neighbors were super nice and helpful, parking their cars off the road to allow for our guests. We had enough space to allow our son and his out of town groomsmen to spend the night prior to the wedding and everyone had privacy and was happy. In the midst of all the wedding activities, it was a relaxing, super comfortable place to call HOME for the week. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!

Cute home.

  • 5 of 5

Very nice home. You could see signs of home repair, possibly after hurricane? The home itself was a great layout. Loved the fenced in yard. Pool was warm enough for our Ohio blood. Convenient access to lots of locations, beaches, shopping, etc without the hustle and bustle all around you. Room enough for a large family or 2 small ones. The master suite is huge! Downstairs couch is easy to nap on too lol. Felt safe letting kids play out front on road with new board as it really is a quiet road. NYE was different as we were able to sit right on the deck and watch fireworks from neighbors rather than driving somewhere. Would recommend the property for anyone who wants close to everything without the on the beach crowds. Debra was great answering all of our crazy questions and even was willing to recommend services local for nails and spas.

Girls just wanna have fun!

  • 5 of 5

House was as described; well furnished, clean, sufficient amenities. We arrived half hour early, caretakers were there and allowed us to sit at poolside. "Brendan" and his wife were most accommodating & helpful; even brought our heavy luggage bags upstairs for we senior ladies.

And, we failed to put key back in lock box, and could not enter after one of our day trips......called Brendan & he was there in `15 minutes to let us in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Owner is equally responsive and helpful

Exactly what we were looking for!

  • 4 of 5

Such a nice place to stay while visiting friends in the Tampa area. The pool was perfect, and the fenced in yard made the trip perhaps the best we have had with our well-traveled dog. The sitting room and bathroom on the lower level made for easy pool days. The kitchen, bedrooms and 2 full upstairs bathrooms were great. The house had everything we needed. On top of that, the neighborhood couldn't have been quieter (outside of the crazy Florida storms that passed through!). Also would HIGHLY recommend the Riverside Grill as a great place to watch the sunset, porpoise play and enjoy great food (kickin' shrimp tacos were aaaah-mazing!)! Thanks Debra for the use of your great home!

The home is in a quiet residential area where residents enjoy their own private boat ramp. You will have an'at home' feeling while enjoying the convenience of a central location. We are near to Sarasota which abounds with activities but primary are the beaches--an easy 17-20 mile drive for miles of white sandy beaches with no parking fees including the #1 beach in the U.S.--Siesta Key Beach. Sarasota has theater, museums, historical sites, restaurants, festivals and events of all kinds. Sarasota was recently named #1 arts destination for a city of its size by American Style Magazine and Bradenton #2. St. Petersburg was named #1 for its size and is right over the Skyway Bridge. During the winter season you can enjoy opera, ballet, the symphony and polo. There are golf couses all over in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Boats, kayaks or jet skis can be rented or book a sunset cruise on the Manatee River, just 5 minutes away. You can shop at a nearby outlet mall or upscale St. Armand's Circle or the boutiques in downtown Sarasota and Bradenton. St. Petersburg has the spectacular Dali Museum and shops, restaurants and other museums. Tampa has Lowry Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens amusement park and Adventure Island water park. Disney World west gate is just 1 hour 45 minutes away. Legoland and its new waterpark are just 1 hour 35 minutes away.
