One street away from Bay Drive within walking distance of the Sound and the beach.

About Jennifer Ange
We our a happily married couple with 4 children together and are self employed in the heating and air conditioning business. I grew up in California and my husband is from Virginia Beach. We are residents of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.

This was our vacation home on the Outer Banks before we permanently located to Kitty Hawk. It is close to all amenities and attractions that the Outer Banks has to offer but peaceful and tranquil so you can enjoy your vacation.
What makes this House unique
The unique location gives you safety and peace of mind. Quiet residential area with a scenic walking area all up and down the between soundfront. A Gazebo is jointly owned by the community for your pleasure. There is a community boat ramp to launch in the neighborhood.
Excellent in every way!
We really enjoyed staying here. The house has everything you need---nice linens and towels, stocked with paper products, cleaning products, etc. Appliances are all new---very nice kitchen with plenty of pots, pans and dishware, all in good shape. The set-up is perfect for dog owners like us---enclosed, covered front deck/porch has stairs that go down to a back enclosed lot area for the dogs to go out and do their business. Fence is well maintained and gates lock well, so no worries about them getting out. Jennifer is quite responsive to questions about the area. She recommended Billy's Seafood on Colington Rd. for fresh seafood---their shrimp were incredibly good and JUMBO size. From our stay, we also recommend the new Publix (excellent sushi and the sushi chef will make whatever you want while you wait if it isn't in the display case), Bob's Grill (excellent breakfast and lunch specials), and Max's at Milepost 4.5 for a good sub or pizza. We tried our luck at fishing, but it was just too cold for the fish. We will definitely be back to this spot--first time staying on this part of the OBX though we have been coming to the OBX for 40 years!

Great location - close to all the things we love. Well-stocked kitchen, very clean. Our dogs loved the advantage of hanging out on the covered deck & having the fenced in back yard area.

This was our first time renting a house in the Outer Banks. We usually rent a hotel room. We were so pleased that it was dog friendly. My little dogs could sun bathe on the deck all day and had a fenced in yard too. The house has everything you need. Even a big pot so I could boil my shrimp. The neighborhood is so quiet and only 1 block to the bay where there is a great walking path and everyone is so friendly and only 5 minutes to the beach. We stayed for 2 weeks I only hope next time it can be longer.

* Owner requires a cleaning agreement to be filled out and on file prior to check-in. House is to be left clean and owner will come sanitize after your stay. Additional fees will only be charged for excessive cleaning requirement or if house not left as received. **Weekend and Partial week rentals are available during the off season starting at $350 (Sept 30,2017 - March 30, 2018; Sept 29 - Apr 19, 2019). Partial weeks over the Holidays are an option also. If you have any special requests or would like to rent a partial week please email me for a quote. I would also be happy to set up a payment plan for you! Check-out is at 10:00 and Check-in is at 4:00. Linen and Pet fees are included. The house is to be left clean as I only sanitize after your stay. Beds should be stripped of linens and all linens and towels need to be put in the basket in the laundry room. Please leave comforters on the beds. Fill out the form attached to your reservation and send back with your payment.
