Finding a better location is almost impossible!!
The apartment can accommodate up to 12 people: there are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and one with a full/full bunk bed. We also provide a floor mattress to accommodate the 11th and 12th persons. All our bed mattresses in all our apartments are memory foam mattresses so a good night sleep is almost guaranteed. The place also has 2 full bathrooms so there shouldn't be any lineups come shower time.

Buses and taxis in front of the building, Mont-Royal metro at 3 min walk and BIXI station (Montreal Bicycle rental) to provide access to nearby major cultural sites in minutes. You are also 15 minutes walk from the beautiful Parc Lafontaine, 10 minutes from the mountain (Mont-Royal) and 15 minutes from Downtown.
* The terrace and BBQ are installed and ready to be used between May 1st and September 30th. Out of season the space is still accessible but not properly set up.

About Yann Denault and Caroline Lagacé
We are a couple in their thirties who have met a few years back working in restaurants. Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details. We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service. After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. We started with two apartments in 2011. We then continued to expand our business eversince. Now up to 15 apartments, we are always on the lookout to find new and beautiful places for our guests. We are dedicated to providing the best quality service possible for our guests and the most pleasant stays in Montréal. We love Montréal, we love our apartments, we love what we do. This was the perfect spot for a larger group located on a popular Montreal main street with so many cute cafes, stores and restaurants! The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed. I would 100% stay here again!
With a wedding in our family it made sense for us to stay together and the LOVE unit was well suited to our needs. Lots of common space and great kitchen/dining area. We even enjoyed the terrace on a coolish April weekend. Thanks you for putting out the furniture for us 10 days prior to normal.
Only drawback was the traffic noise in the front, on the street, bedroom.
Area grows on you. Immediate Saint Denis street has limited attraction and shopping. Around the corner on Mount Royal and further down Saint Denis is interesting.
This place was amazing. It looks just like the pics. It's super clean and you can't beat the location. I will stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our group of five really enjoyed our stayed at this lovely apartment. Our host greeted us promptly and showed all around than set us free. Our surroundings were clean, updated, inclusive and comfortable for all. A/C, fans, kitchen ware, appliances all worked well and we had no complaints, only good reviews. The location was great for us as we are all active and walk a lot. We could easily handle the one flight of stairs and walk to subway which we used our whole stay. Great experience before and during our stay!
I was visiting Montreal with 10 other friends, yes 10! We were looking for a place that we could all stay together or at least be close by to each other. Lucky for us, we found the Fab 4 spot and rented 2 of their units.
Before our stay, I had a ton of questions and they were always helpful and fast to respond. That made my life easier, as I had to coordinate the trip with my large group.
During our stay, we had a great experience. The Tempurpedic mattresses were very comfortable and the rest of the apartment looked nice, like the pictures.
The two apartments we rented were on two floors but they were connected by the private stairway from the front door. It might as well have been one giant apartment. We just locked the foot door and left the apartment doors open for us to freely move between the floors.
The location was fantastic. There was a supermarket and several fast food options within walking distance. Most everything else was a quick cab ride away.
Before picking this place, we went through a ton of listings. The price, location and style hit all the marks we were looking for.

Gorgeous Apartment with Plenty of Room
We had five adults and one almost 2-year-old toddler staying in this 4 bedroom luxury apartment. We each had our own room and our toddler loved the long hallway to practice his walking/running! Plenty of towels and amenities; the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! Air condition is a ductless system so only the main rooms have A/C so sleep with doors open or bring a small room fan if you sleep hot at night (ladies 50+over)!!! Yann and Frederick were always available and gave great advice on food places, groceries, and parking. The pictures on the website are true to what is actually in the apartment but much prettier in person. I would definitely pay to stay here again next time I am in Montreal!

The Plateau Mont-Royal, this popular area that became yuppie-bohemian is by far the most hip in Montreal. Small intimate theaters, thrift stores, used bikes, exclusive boutiques, cafes, restaurants and delis add to the cultural ferment and bohemian atmosphere that characterize the Plateau, where all lifestyles converge.
This is the best place to really get a feel of what Montreal is all about. Its community is predominantly francophone and highly eclectic. Artists, students, young professionals and new families mingle with each other, creating an extraordinarily vibrant and colorful human mosaic. Additional information about rental rates
- 2 or 3 nights minimum depending on weekends and special events - No check-ins or check-outs on Saturdays - For security matter, the customer must present a government issued ID and a valid credit card upon arrival. - The customer must notify the landlord of any changes, breakage or other problems that occur or are produced during their stay. An inspection will be made after the client's departure to assess the situation and cleanliness. Any damage found will be at the customer's expense. - Smoking inside will result in the loss of half of the security deposit. - Excessive cleaning after the customer's departure will cost him/her the equivalent of another cleaning fee. - The customer must ensure the tranquility of the place in order to respect the neighbours and keep noise low after 10pm. At all times, the number of people in the apartment can not exceed the number specified in the reservation. No party nor reception are allowed on the premises. Ignoring these regulations will result in total loss of security deposit.
