Alex Davis purchased this house in 2012
This house is in a great location with Gulf access just steps from the front door. The Private pool is great for those days when the Gulf is too rough.
The open concept offers plenty of room for all to gather at once but there's also areas to sit quietly and watch the waves and beautiful blue waters of the Gulf.
This house was amazing!! Every year 15 of us make a trip to the beach and this has been the best house yet. The online description was spot on and the place was extremely clean. Everything was in working order. There's enough beds, bathrooms, showers, and space for everything. The kitchen is huge, there's a ping pong table down stairs, a great pool with seating around it and so close to the ocean. The owner was so helpful with the scheduling process. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. It was a 10 out of 10!!
The house was amazing and very spacious. Much better in person than depicted in the pictures. The only downside was the living room tv was very small and the air conditioning took a while to cool the house down.
7 of us traveled to Pensacola Beach for a liong weekend for a wedding. We knew the wedding would be the highlight of our trip, but having this fabulous house was icing on the cake! The kitchen was well equipped to handle the cooking we did, we all lingered over dinner meals at the table and ate breakfast at the wrap around bar with comfy seating. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the views of the gulf and the guys took a dip in the pool!
We did not watch TV, no time, but the big screen TV was there if we wanted it. Some of us walked, ran or biked the neighborhood and got a good feel for the area. We were sad to leave Sunday, we want to come back when we don't have a wedding, just to spend more time in the house!! We all highly recommend this great house!!
We used this house for our wedding, and everything was perfect. For starters the owner was very accommodating and was a pleasure to rent from. The staff at Paradise Beach Homes, managers of the property, provided us with everything we asked for. The house is huge and accommodated our family and wedding party without feeling cramped. We loved the style of the house as well, the decor is elegant and functional which made for perfect wedding photos!! We had our reception underneath the house and there was plenty of room for dining, dancing, and socializing for our 75 guests. There is beach access directly across from the house, which is where we had the ceremony. The view of the gulf from the deck is beautiful, makes for a great place to enjoy some morning coffee and sunshine! I would definitely stay here again!!
This was an amazing home that far exceeded expectations. It was very spacious and extremely clean. The pool was a wonderful place to start and end the day with the beautiful beach across the street for the in between times. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals in and grilling out by the pool was a favorite. The only addition I would recommend is an ice maker. All 10 guests in my group had only positive things to say. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The owner was very helpful and conscientious.
When we sold our Pensacola home in late December, we decided to spend January and February at Pensacola Beach in a rental home. We selected a handsome, newly-built, furnished home, complete with pool, just a brief walk from the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. Our stay was memorable.
Winter at the beach carries a certain charm, and our stay in this restful beach home did not disappoint. Winter offers cooler temps, fewer crowds and lower rental rates than the popular Summer rental season.
To reflect, we were impressed with the sheer space this home offered. Special features included two master bedrooms with walk-in closets, a delightful kitchen, dining area and great room that became a popular gathering spot for our guests. A spacious deck provided a neat view of the Gulf.
Some winter days were warm enough for us to take a dip in the tempting swimming pool. But on blustery days, we enjoyed walks on the beach, and listening to the mellow roar of the Gulf. One special attraction was the daily arrival of surfers in wetsuits, who took to the waves on their surfboards to challenge the chill Gulf waters.
Winter held another entertaining feature at the beach. During February, crowds of fun-lovers gathered to watch the outrageous Krewe of Wrecks parade during Mardi Gras. Noisy revelers wore amazingly creative costumes to either watch the festivities or board over 50 large, uniquely-designed floats that paraded down beach boulevards.
Other entertainment was more sedate during our stay, but memorable to say the least. We enjoyed casual meals at restaurants like Sideliners or Peg-Leg Pete's. Hemingways and Grand Marlin were great settings for evening meals. But the best part of any day was returning to this lovely beach rental home, to enjoy pure relaxation. We hope to return again to this popular spot.
