A truly luxurious and large 6 bedroom (2 with ensuite bathrooms) plus 2 separate bathrooms and a cloakroom over 3 floors, private villa with large heated pool , Recently refurbished through out to the highest standard. The Villa also has a fully fitted luxury kitchen with all mod cons and 2 large living areas, 1 with large windows and patio doors with views towards the sea also it has fantastic views from the front first floor bedrooms overlooking in the distance Playa de Las Americas and the rear of the property, Costa Adeje and the mountains, truly superb, also both the 1st floor bedrooms have huge terraces, where you can sit out and admire the views, the Road and area is known as' Beverly hills' as it has the most superb luxury properties and fantastic central location and views. The property also has a laundry room with washing machine. We also have 85 TV channels.

We also are on a slight hill.

The swimming pool also has an electric cover and is 8m ' 4m in size and is 1.3m ' 1.8m in depth , and has steps to walk into.

The pool is heated only in the winter months.

We arrived at 1400, We was met by the owners representive, We got the keys and manual and other important things and were shown around. The villa is very big and exclusive, there was plenty of rooms and veranders and of course the swimming pool it was heated to 27 degrees.

The kitchen had lots of equipment.

We had a perfect vacation.

We may come back.

  • In 2 of the bedrooms they are large enough to have a travel cot in. Also in the master bedroom there is a safe. And in 5 of the bedrooms there is built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and shelf's. 2 Bedrooms on the 1st floor have large terraces with great views. We do not provide any cots or highchairs, but I can hire them for you, at a cost to yourselves of £25 per cot and highchairs £10 each. Per week prices.

Notes:
There are sun loungers for you to use, also we have an outdoor shower. There is outside seating around a table with parasol for 6 people. Additional seating for 4 ,wicker furniture.And Awning for shade. and additional chairs for sitting, So in that area can seat 12. The Swimming pool is only heated in the winter months End Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb. If you require pool heating at any other time of year, that can be arranged at a cost of 150 Euros per week and can be arranged and paid locally. The property is very safe as has electric gates at the front of the villa, and you can walk all around the Property.Which makes it very secure. The Villa is set on a slight hill. And an additional parasol for shade in the patio sunbathing area.

Stayed for 9 nights in April . We were a family aged between 3 and 60 we all enjoyed our stay . The villa has everything you could possibly need . I can't wait to return . This really is a 5 star plus villa . Rachel the owner is very nice Very prompt at replying to any queries ..

Family Holiday

There were 9 family members in our party - who all thoroughly enjoyed their week's stay at the Villa. We were all impressed with the size of the villa - the kitchen was well equipped with all utensils we needed, and the whole villa was immaculate - There was a great BBQ area outside which we took advantage of also. The pool and outside area was fabulous and so clean - and kept our 4 year old amused for hours ! We walked down to the beach quite a few times as it was only around a mile, and got readily available taxi's back up the hill as the incline was a bit steep - although we did walk it a few times also. I would certainly recommend this Villa to any large parties going to Tenerife - and would definitely book again !

Outstanding Hoilday Experience

This was the first time we have stayed together in a villa and it certainly won't be the last. We were a total of 10 People ranging in age from 13 to 74 years old. We found it a most relaxing place to stay with plenty of space.

Located in a quiet residential area away from the bustle of nearby San Eugenio, but close enough to take advantage of the well stocked and reasonably priced Mercadona supermarket - 10 minutes walk. Plenty of other shops for all other needs in the same shopping complex. Be warned, however, it's quite a slog back to the villa up a very steep hill, but you could always hop in a cab with your shopping - Taxi Rank on street outside the shopping centre. You can phone for a taxi from the villa to access nightlife in Playa and other parts of the Costa Adeje for about 5 Euros. Siam Water Park is within sight - about 15 minutes walk, but again it's a steep hill all the way back.

The property was clean and quite modern throughout and felt secure - high fencing and locked gate to front. Bedrooms are generally well proportioned with plenty of cupboard / draw space for clothes. 2 en-suite and 2 shared bathrooms plus guest w/c meant no morning / evening clashes - note, however, hot water ran out if we all wanted to ready ourselves for an outing at the same time. There was also an issue with the g/f bath/shower leaking into the lower g/f living space. The owner attended to this during our stay, but the problem persisted - plumber visited and would require disruptive work. Good size modern kitchen with plenty of cupboard space utensils and crockery. Laundry facilities if needed with iron and ironing board. Large main living room more than adequate for 10 to socialise, although dining table may have been a bit too small for all of us for a sit down dinner. Not an issue if, like us, you choose to dine out most evenings. Table tennis in second living room (lower g/f) was popular. Didn't use the TV much but all British freeview channels available. Good stereo system with audio lead to connect your mobile / tablet to access personal or streamed music. Wifi worked very well for all of us in the main living spaces (general note signal will diminish through concrete floors and walls). Poolside space for all of us with loungers and chairs. Pool good for a dip on hot days, but got a bit too cold without plenty of sunshine (February). Grounds clean tidy and well maintained.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review I just wanted to clarify a couple of points raised. Leaking pipe: Unfortunately this was an isolated incident that needed immediate attention and was dealt with as soon as reported & repaired, there still was another 3 other bathrooms for use whilst the work was being carried out. Wifi: We only receive 3MB within the area, we have installed additional boosters to increase the signal you receive as said is completely sufficient for whilst in the villa. Hot water: We have a 150 litre water tank with sufficient heating which is on continuously, For larger groups this has always been sufficient. I will also mention none other than the leaking pipe was Reported back.

Home from home with added sunshine

On arrival we were met by the housekeeper who shown us around this lovely home. Plenty of space so perfect for family or friends to share. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils needed for home cooking. This property is up a big hill which takes its toll on your legs but taxis are cheap enough and plenty of them, around €3, on a positive note the added exercise makes room for the extra holiday food and drink ;-)

Within easy walking distance to Siam water park which I highly recommend and the main bars restaurants and beach. This is a family orientated resort but the more vibrant night life is only a taxi ride away. Would definitely like to return.

Bella Vista, Avenida Europa, Tenerife

I stayed at the villa from the 04.10.16 to the 15.10.16 where there were 10 adults and 1 teenager.

We all had a Excellant time and the villa had everything thats is required for your stay in the sun. With there been such a big crowd the villa easily accomodates this with plenty of room within the villa and outdoors including a very spacious pool.

If there was any faults it would be with the WiFi which needs to be updated with a stronger Hub and the T.V. which does not get a great signal, but who goes to the sun to sit indoors we can all do this back home.

Gorgeous Villa, lovely location

Just returned from a stay at Bella Vista, with a group of 10.

First impressions of the villa were stunning, exactly as photographed.

The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay plus more.

The bedrooms were very spacious, and the living areas were adequate for 10 adults.

The owner left a very comprehensive guide to assist with our stay, including telephone numbers for taxi's etc.

The villa has stunning views over the south of the island.

Im looking to book again for next year

Fantastic location, And great views, Siam park is a 15 minute walk away along with the New upmarket Siam shopping mall, with a large supermarket & many shops & restaurants, the Aqua water park, again within walking distance, the commercial centre of San Eugenio is again within a 10 minute walk, or not even 5 minutes in the car where there are many restaurants and bars for entertainment,and banks and supermarkets and many shops, Puerto colon beach is a further 10 minute walk from there. Playa de las Americas is 10 minutes by car and Los Cristianos a further 5 minutes by car. Truly a fantastic central location for all your needs and with the added bonus of lovely views.
