Gone to the Beach is located only five minutes walk from Reeds Bay with it's white sandy beach and crystal clear water. The property is located in a quiet secure community of 4 apartments on a ridge offering breathtaking views of the West Coast and Caribbean Sea. The apartment has two bedrooms one with queen sized bed the other has two single beds both with air conditioning and ceiling fans and large wardrobes.The lounge and kitchen are well equipped with wide screen TV, DVD player and wireless Broadband internet connection. The kitchen has all modern amenities including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

All windows have bug screens and are secure.

The covered Deck area will provide you with a plunge pool (sole use) dining area and sun loungers overlooking the landscape gardens, a perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment.

We have all had a fantastic holiday and really enjoyed staying in your fabulous apartment!









We loved that it was so spotlessly clean, comfortable and so well equipped, I can honestly not think of one single thing that would make it any more perfect!









We hope to return again soon and would not hesitate to recommend to all our friends.









We fly home tomorrow, We are currently in a sea front apartment just up the road from yours in Mullins Bay, sadly the apartment does not live up to your standards in the cleanliness department! On arrival I spent the first couple of hours cleaning the kitchen! Luckily though the location is fabulous and we are enjoying the outside space and snorkelling. There is a restaurant next door called Bombas that serves the most amazing fish, curries and chicken pesto linguine, we have ate there a lot!! We met and chatted to Cliff Richard in there last night so that made my holiday :)

Great place to stay

Very well furnished apartment, Pat is very helpful and easy to deal with, having maid service included twice a week by Kim was great, Rachel the manager was very helpful, nice safe bathing beach at the bottom of the road. A short hop to Mullins bar a must on Sunday afternoon and Bombas bar / restaurant great food and atmosphere. Weston fish market just down the road fresh fish straight off the boats and so reasonable, try the Mahi Mahi. Thank you Pat.

Nine days and nights well spent

The apartment is well furnished and equipped. Attention to details like rain and beach umbrellas, plentiful beach towels, lots of fans, and a well equipped kitchen showed us an experienced owner. The mornings began with roosters crowing, sounding like a group chat, followed by a walk past the monkeys in the trees in the nearby forest. Rent a car, like we did, and you can explore both the east and west coasts, amazingly different, with a variety of things to see and do between them. You won't want for activity.

There is a road next to the building but the traffic is almost exclusive to daytime hours, when you should be enjoying the island. The beach is under a quarter mile down a gradual slope and quite nice with more depth of sand than most others we went to see. There are even two folding beach chairs in the apartment - really nice touch.

We would highly recommend this place for those interested in a quiet base from which to see and experience a lovely island, away from most traffic yet minutes from Holetown and all the shopping you could ask for.

Wonderful place to stay

Four of us stayed in this lovely apartment including our 9 year old grandson. He absolutely loved the plunge pool and the free Wifi when he was not busy at the beach! We found the abundance of beach towels a real bonus! The view from the apartment is stunning - you need to go to experience it! The apartment is SO comfortable and tastefully decorated - I can't say more than just couldn't have been better. Pat's team there are excellent - we were so well looked after by Pat before we went and then Rachel and team once we arrived. We mostly used the local beach as it is beautiful, just down the road and not commercialised. The Massey supermarket in Holetown is very good - Fresh produce excellent and even some Waitrose items! As we had a youngster with us we tended to eat in at the end of busy beach days and everything is there to make cooking so easy. A real home from home.

If you are considering renting this apartment then in my opinion you couldn't do better!

The apartment was perfect .. and the staff were amazing .

The apartment was all we expected and more. Very clean and well maintained. Close to the beach and the main roads for easy transportation.. The owner was really helpful with car hire and all other questions or needs we had . She made us really comfortable renting from her and was in constant contact which was very reassuring . We were met at the apartment and given a tour and asked if we needed anything by the house manager . I would most definitely recommend this property and others owned to any of my family and friends travelling to Barbados.

First of all a very big thank you to Pat for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home.

The Apartment is truly a home from home with everything provided you will be amazed at just what is provided. As i am writing this it is my last day here i can honestly say i don't want to leave.It was just what we needed peaceful relaxing its exactly as it looks in photos. Pat was marvellous to deal with even got in touch to see we had arrived safetly . Lloyd picked us up at the airport lovely man.we arrived at the Apartment to be met by Rachel who was also great to deal with arranged a bit of shopping before our arrival checked on us during holiday . I mentioned to Rachel that the tin opener did not work and a clothes airer would be beneficial we then headed off for the day only to return back to the items waiting for us brilliant thanks Rachel.Must also mention the housekeeper im sorry to say i can't remember her name but what a lovely pleasent girl and kept the Apartment lovely .

Pat has got a great team i would recommend this Apartment to anyone.We didnt hire a car as this wasn't our first time in Barbados we just wanted to chill out and relax we used the buses all the time .Used Carltons variety stores a couple of times for food Jefferson the owner is the chef also who loves to cook i can honestly say that we enjoyed his cooking and prices were cheap compared to other places we visited anyway i could go on and on but once again a massive thank you to Pat and all her team its been great

Great apartment with great location!

The apartment is amazing. We really loved it!

Pat (the owner) contacted us prior to our stay and provided us with all information in order for us the enjoy our holidays as much as possible. If you have questions for her she replies very quickly to all your questions. Rachel, who is on site and takes care of the apartment, was there to welcome us when we arrived and she's very nice. She gave us some very useful information and tips about the island.

The place was really clean (housekeeper comes twice a week) and lovely decorated (we love the big mirrors everywhere), the patio with the pool is perfect especially for breakfast and cool down after a day in the sun at the beach.

The beach at the bottom of the hill (Reeds Bay beach I think it's called) is located only 1 minute away by car or 5 minutes walking (maybe 10 minutes if you walk back up) was to us the best of all beaches to our criteria: no or very few tourist, quiet and beautiful and nice reefs on both sides with lots of fishes to swim with if you like snorkeling.

Then if you rent a car, which we'd advice you do, you can easily go around the island to see the different sites and numerous beaches. If not, taxis and buses are an easy way to go around the island.

We highly recommend this apartment and hope you'll spend vacations as great as ours was :-)
