We fell in love with Fountain of the Sun for several reasons. It is a quiet gated security car patrolled community with wonderful friendly neighbors. It is close to everything. Great shopping. Great Restaurants and easy access to anywhere in Arizona. The HOA is beautifully run and the grounds are looked after. All you do is enjoy yourself.

On the golf course, near the pool and spa, and safe walking. The condo is on a no exit street - therefore there is only local car traffic. Peaceful and quiet. Golf Cart included.
Everything you will ever need is either in the condo or a few minutes away. Theatre, sports, restaurants. You can be as lazy as you want or as busy as you want. Walk early in the morning or late in the evening.
This condo has all you need and more. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The view from the extra large patio of the 18th tee is so beautiful. Having a golf cart has not only been useful, but also fun. Fountain of the Sun is close to restaurants, a shopping mall and the Mesa Flea Market so you will have plenty of shopping opportunity. There is a nearby bus connection to the light rail so one can go into Tempe and Phoenix without having to worry about parking. This home has it all including the neighborhood pool across the street. We have loved it here ...this is our second season. We would be back had our circumstances not changed. You will love it here!

You are close to everything in Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale and surrounding communities including the East Valley. Walk or bike safely inside the community day and night. A short 25 minute drive along Hwy 202 from Phoenix PHX Sky Harbour Airport and close to Phoenix Gateway ( Williams Field).
Drive to Sedona or the Grand Canyon make a lovely overnight trip.
