Huge second bedroom has a king sized bed with Tempurpedic mattress, Dark hardwood floors, sliding door opens to a large covered terrace with amazing downtown and 180 degree skyline city views.
Home Office Space:
Huge 450 sq ft office space features concrete floors, exposed brick walls, couch, desk, printer, and fax machine with sliding doors opening to a deck with amazing views of LA. Office is connected to the second bedroom by a spiral staircase.
Double french doors open to living room and rear sliding door opens to the large backyard/garden.
Kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances and is well stocked for cooking. Coffee Grinder and Coffee Maker, Microwave, Gas Oven, Viking Dishwasher, Gas Stove and Samsung Double Door Fridge/Freezer. Double sink with garbage disposal and butcher block counter tops.
Open to separate dining room with dining table that seats six and overlooks the back yard and deck.
Living Room has a gas fireplace with 55 inch TV with DVD Player and Premium Cable TV (DirecTV). Walls of french doors open to some of the best views in Los Angeles allowing tons of light to flood the room during the day and incredible sunsets in the evening.
Relax on the comfy couch or enjoy a massage in the massage chair while listening to music from the IPOD doc which can also be connected to a laptop or smartphone with the included wire.

This 13,000 sq ft gated property has a huge private terraced back yard with a picnic table. You''ll have a feeling of being in a private park with lemon trees, pine trees, and night blooming jasmine. A true Oasis from the city but only steps from everything the neighborhood has to offer.

Important to note:
There is a guest apartment with 2 great quiet long term tenants on the basement level. They have a separate entrance and separate outdoor space from the main house.
There is also an apartment over the separate garage with a great long term tenant who also has a separate outdoor space and entrance.
You will rarely come in contact with the tenants.
There are steps leading up to the house but they are not very steep and the view is well worth the additional exercise.
We have a gardener who comes to the property every Friday around 10am to cut the lawn, trim the trees and he also takes the garbage down to the curb.
Everything you need is a short walk or quick drive from the property. Short walking distance to all of the Sunset Junction food, coffee houses, shopping and nightlife scene.
