We absolutely Loved our stay, nice & quite all 5 days! Cabin was perfect!!

Early morning Sunrises were gorgeous, so quite we heard Bull Elk bugling, Wild Turkeys gobbling every morning!!! Saw a lot of Doe’s and Yearlings too. Cabin was secluded, clean & Loved the large deck for sitting. Will come back for next stay in Ruidoso!!!!

The view of the mountains was great, but the pictures were deceiving. The cabin had all the necessities, but it was smaller than expected. We were expecting a quiet place and there was construction and workers near 2 cabins that we heard all day. Then another cabin had a dog that barked quite a bit. The cabin had issues regarding cleanliness. In the master shower, there was blood and hair when we arrived on the walls and floor. Things didn’t appear they had been wiped down in awhile. Cobwebs were around lights and other areas. The cabin has a lot of potential just needed to be cleaned better. We would recommend it for a couple, but not a family with kids. There really isn’t any place for the kids to play.

Quiet and cozy

We didn't realize that this was a little cabin community until we arrived but it was very cute. Cabin was very clean and organized. Had everything we needed for our little get away.

Amazed!! Never stay anywhere else

I can't say enough about the Ian cabin. So beautiful and CLEAN with an authentic rustic feel. Everything we needed was there. My little girl started crying the morning we left. She did not want to leave. Everything was perfect and we will come back soon.
