About Rayburn Killion
We recently moved here from Northern California to be closer to our brand new granddaughter. We have visited the greater Portlandia area many times over the last few years and were gratified to find this lovely place so close to our daughter and her family in Portland. We have always enjoyed traveling and have stayed at vacation rentals in various places -- some wonderful, some not so much. We strive to offer this cottage as a place that we would appreciate, as we hope you will.

Great little place to stay in Washougal
Liked the location, nice neighborhood convenient to the Gorge and Camas. Trains come by the back very often but this was not a major problem. Full kitchen, TV with good selection of DVDs. The list of local recommended restaurants/bars/pubs proved to be dead on: every recommendation we tried was good.
Perfect spot to stay close to Vancouver.
This was a great spot, I found the trains to be surprisingly louder than I had thought. But it never bothered my sons while sleeping, and I was surprised as I slept right through them. (I thought for sure that I’d wake up).
It’s a gorgeous piece of property.
This property was in the perfect location to explore downtown Washougal and easily get to Washougal MX Park.
Train runs all night to close to cottage. During sleep. Not my cup of tea as it may be for railroad inthouiest. People nice, clean.
Thank you for the peace and quiet I needed for work and relaxing
Just right, quiet helped for thinking and writing. Appropriately well appointed. Nice little cottage with a lot of potential for integrating with the pond and stones as well as the greenery.
Yes trains went by but I slept right through that at night. Hosts were cordial and respectful. I would recommend and stay again myself.
This is a cute little cottage with everything you will need for a few days stay. It is close to Portland, the Columbia River Gorge and Mt Hood. Washougal is a nice town. We toured the Pendleton Factory, which was very interesting.
