When you enter through the front door, you'll realize you've arrived at a very special vacation home.
Our 2,000 sq.ft. home is very private and located on a large corner lot. Enjoy the ocean view & beautiful Sunsets each evening.
The large living area has a 35ft glass pocket sliding wall which opens onto our newly resurfaced private pool area with Heated Pool.
We recently installed air conditioning in the bedrooms and have completed renovations throughout the house.
For your convenience we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers, everything you'll need for the beach.
The living space has two seating areas, one for conversation or just relaxing and enjoying the view, another to watch your favorite programs on the Large Flat Screen HDTV
Both bedrooms have a private entrance off the pool deck each with their own en-suite bathroom. Master has a King - Guest Bedroom has Cal King bed & Queen bed Maximum 6 guests.
PLEASE NOTE: Bedrooms are only accessible from the pool deck with no adjoining doorway to each other or the living area. This situation may not be suitable for a family with younger children.
Enjoy the lounge chairs or the two separate eating areas on the pool deck while you barbecue your specialties on our large stainless gas barbecue.
Our home has fabulous Sunset/ocean views as well as views of Kohala Mountains & Waimea hills.
Located only a few minutes to golf, groceries, restaurants, bank etc.
Discount golf guest passes are available for our guests at the Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course.
These guest passes also allow you free access to the tennis courts at the Waikoloa Village Golf Course.

We've been looking for the perfect property in the perfect location for a number of years. We finally found our secluded paradise in Waikoloa Village.
We have now completed all the renovations in the kitchen/living area as well as the bedroom/bathroom areas. We've resurfaced the pool deck and recently added solar panels to heat the pool and air conditioning to cool the bedrooms.
We will continue to upgrade our vacation home in the coming years.

We've been vacationing with our family on the Big Island for over 30 years. We always loved the Waikoloa area because of it's central location, only 15-20 mins to the best beaches on the Big Island, 30 minutes to the airport and 35 mins to Kona and of course the almost perfect weather!
We fell in love with this property, because of the unique layout of the single level home. Each bedroom has it's own private entrance and ensuite, the private pool and of the course the fantastic sunset & ocean views
We can't say enough about this beautiful vacation home in Hawaii that felt like our "home away from home." Not only was it a beautiful and kept up vacation home, but it had all the amenities we needed (swimming pool, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc.) to make our vacation a fun and excellent time. We liked having two separate bedrooms that provided for the personal space that our family of 4 needed. We highly recommend this vacation home to others. The house was very nice and comfortable, much more spacious then expected. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well stocked with supplies, which was very nice. The beds and couches were comfortable, and for the most part clean. The master room bedsheets were slightly smelly, which leads me to my next point. The only negative of the property was that both the dishwasher and washer had a rather musty smell, which we assumed was from lack of use/airing out. We had to clean/rinse/air it out before we could use them. Other then that the pool was nice and we greatly appreciated haveing some pool supplies already on hand! The surrounding neighborhood was quite and peaceful other then the occasional dog barking. It was a great stay overall, and we would definitely return and rent this property again!
Beautiful house in a nice location. Grocery store right down the road was convenient. Lava Java in the same complex as the grocery store makes a excellent breakfast. Hose is about 30 minutes North of Kailua - Kona so if you plan on being down there a lot this might not be the right house for you. The pool warms up nicely during the day but cools quickly in the evening.
Close to Hapuna Beach and my favorite Beach 69.
We had a 8 year old and 11 year old with us and they enjoyed the independence of the separate bedrooms however I'm sure not every kid would agree. We had to spend a little time ensuring them all would be well.
We have been to the Big Island for the past three years in a row at Christmas. So far, this is our favorite VBRO rental. The others were very, very nice as well. However, for our purposes the placement of this lovely, clean, and private home was ideal. Close enough to get to golf and also to the beaches, snorkeling, and just to have a MaiTai at one of the beautiful resorts. In fact, we were disappointed to see that it has been rented out already for the holidays next year, as I already looked at booking it. We loved this grocery store in the community. Being able to come home from our daily activities and use the grill and pool was a real treat. Highly recommended!
There really isn't much you can say in a negative light about this place. The owners have it set up so perfectly for 2 couples to come in visit, it's impossible to complain about. Key-less entry is always a great way to start - as it takes logistics out of play upon arrival (great for both parties). It has a compound like feel (that's a positive) with a separate living/dining/kitchen area (with a great kitchen layout and good cable TV with lots of channels --- including NFL network (because Thursday night football starts @ 3 in Hawaii!!!) and then two completely separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms in each. Also - the outdoor area is expansive, and the living/dining area opens up COMPLETELY to it so you can really chill out during the day. Good AC in both bedrooms - a 3rd bathroom out by the pool... it's just a great place.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We we're very impressed with the decorations, style and cleanliness of the house and property. The sunset views were spectacular and the pool was refreshing. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation getaway!
