What makes this house unique

Great location and it has everything you need!!! Our guests have told us how perfect The Wade Inn was for their vacation. It offers a quiet safe neighborhood setting where you notice ship traffic in the Harbor from the living room, deck and Master Suite. Walk across the street to walk on the Lake Superior beach or walk a few blocks more and enjoy all that Canal Park Restaurants, Coffee shops and Shopping has to offer. There is also a basketball hoop, basketballs and concrete slab to dribble on (we even have an inflater pump!!!). We have abundant shoreline, endless waves and the

the sounds of the surf lapping the sand. We also can be base camp for exploring the Northshore and or the South shore of Lake Superior. And after all that walking and exploring we may have the only two person jacuzzi bath tub on Park Point!!! Our deck faces an open undeveloped area of land about a city block area in size with small trees and the Harbor shore. There are no houses behind on our block as the lots were in conservation and non-buildable. So when sitting on the deck it has a very private natural feeling of being in the country. There are next door neighbors on both sides but the privacy fences and maybe because there are no houses behind any where it just feels like being away from it all. The Wade is very utilitarian, we've had a number of wedding families stay here, a dance company a couple of times, international guests from Europe, South America and Africa that we know of. And many happy and satisfied customers. We are committed to providing the best Vacation Rental experience we can with exceptional customer service. Wade Inn on Park is located in a great spot - walk across the street and you are at the beach, walk for 15 minutes and you are in Canal Park. Lots to do and see in the Duluth area during the day and at night you can come back and relax - great living space, back deck and a fire pit. The house is clean and bright and stocked with paper products, cleaning items, towels and bedding. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Plenty of sleeping space as well. The owners are great at communicating and will answer any questions you have.

Great stay!

The house is beautifully appointed and everything we needed was supplied by the Wades. I shared the house with four other adults and there was plenty of space for socializing while, at the same time, privacy and quiet if needed. The neighborhood was inviting and relaxing; we met our neighbors who treated us as if we were residents, not merely guests. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again!

A delightful cozy place!

We rented this great house for almost a week in order to stay in Duluth when our son graduated from University of Wisconsin Superior. Our hosts were so helpfull and friendly and did everything so we felt welcome and at home! We were joined by extended family and the house turned out to be just the little haven that we needed. Thank you!! On the other side of the road we enjoyed access to the sand beach of lake Superior and downtown Duluth was close by. We loved staying here and will treasure the memories from these exiting days.

Great location, well maintained property

We stayed two nights to celebrate our daughter's UMD graduation and loved our stay! The rental had everything we needed and was well maintained. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room to mingle. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and the island was a perfect spot to talk, play games and enjoy meals together. The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet which made for a restful night's sleep. Fantastic communication and very accommodating! We would definitely return! Thank you for a great stay!

The Duluth landmark Lift Bridge is a short walk where ships arrive and depart the entry to Superior Harbor.
