Why Dawn Lager chose Boise

We have lived in Idaho for 31 years and raised our family up in the Wood River Valley area, we loved coming down to Boise to shop and have fun. When we retired we purchased this home to get away from the snow, but we ended up traveling and going back and forth so much seeing family, especially grandchildren it has become our second home. We decided to share our home with others so they may enjoy Boise as we do.

We purchased this home because of the area, it is in a beautiful sub-division and is centrally located to downtown Boise, the University, Boise river and much more.

Beautiful and cozy home!

  • 5 of 5

Had a great visit in this beautiful home! Between celebrating my son's graduation from BSU to Christmas Eve/Day and both my son's birthdays. This home had everything and more we needed to make our visit complete. The kitchen had everything I needed to make family dinners and a large dining room table to enjoy those dinners ( one of the things I miss the most with my empty nest). Dawn was a sweetheart to work with and answered my messages immediately. The neighborhood is quiet and absolutely beautiful! Can't wait to come back and visit so we can enjoy the backyard. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We made lots of memories that we will cherish forever.

Beautiful, comfy home!

  • 4 of 5

We rented this home for our stay in Boise for our sons wedding. We needed a place for the rehearsal dinner, this home was superior in many ways and met all our needs. We had about 30 people on the night of the dinner. The back yard area is wonderful with lots of seating options, unfortunately it poured the night of the dinner, but all was well. The flow of the house is so wonderful it didn't matter. We also watched young grandchildren during our stay, lovely short walk to a park with playground equipment.

The house is so comfy wonderful beds and nice open living space with gourmet kitchen.

The owners were wonderful, available to help us with all our needs.

We would definitely rent again.

Owner's Response: We are so glad our home worked for you and the wedding rehersal dinner, especially since you were not able to use the back yard. The walking paths are great to take a long or short walk with lots of nature to take in. We would love for you to stay with us again if the opportunity arises.

Great Home

  • 5 of 5

I rented this home to have a place for my family to stay while in town for a wedding. I have to say that this home exceeded all my expectations. This is a very spacious and comfortable home and my family loved it. The owners were available to answer the questions we had. I would rent it again if the need arose.

fun homy,comfortable, convenient

  • 5 of 5

my family consisted of 3 adults and a almost 5 year old. The house was comfortable we spent a lot of time laying on the carpeted floors reading ,playing games. It was very convenient to our family and the places we wanted to go.the backyard was delightful to sit in and relax. my granddaughters spotted a kitty in the window of the house next door and named her Miss meow meow.the only tiny thing we missed was the firepit wouldn't lite. but the grill works famously we had wonderful steaks sitting out back and that beautiful Boise weather. we would definitely consider this house again on another trip to Boise.

and my granddaughter loved the walk to the park. She named the play equipment. Because she named everything. Thank you thank you thank you to the owners

exceedingly convenient to the airport and the Boise State University and the Boise River and Julia Davis Park

Owner's Response: We are so please that you enjoyed your stay in our home and the surrounding area. There are several other parks in the subdivision for children to enjoy plus the water areas with lots of water and wildlife to see. We apoligize that you had trouble lighting the fire pit, we will get that taken care of so our future guest do not have that problem. We would very much enjoy having you stay as our guest again.

In addition to all the above activities, there are a few more great activities you won't want to miss such as the Saturday Farmers Market, Shakespear festival, go karting, the water park and arcades. If you love baseball we have for your enjoyment the Boise Hawkes baseball team and if you are into hockey we have that covered to with Idaho Steelheads, lots of excitement to see along with the BSU bronco football team.
