Located opposite the foreshore, this traditional holiday home is very well presented and very close to the beach.

Set in Silverleaves Estate this 3 bedroom home is tastefully furnished to suit all. Sleeping up to 8 people this is a lovely family holiday home

With open plan living dining and kitchen this home is sunny and comfortable. There are leather sofas, TV and DVD player a great feature is the large central dining table with seating for 8, the kitchen is compact but well equipped with electric cooking and a microwave, there is ample crockery and cutlery etc and plenty of salad bowls and platters for Summer BBQ’s. A large wood heater provides the heating in the lounge and there is a wall mounted wall heater in the main bedroom.

The floor to ceiling windows look out on to the native garden where there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting as well as a couple of recliners for lazing in the sun.

There are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom as well as a second shower; the main bedroom has full length windows looking out onto the garden.

The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The property is partially fenced and is located opposite a track to the beach it is opposite the foreshore. There is the added bonus of a trampoline for the kids.

Although this is not a new property is tastefully furnished and is very comfortable and clean it would be a great place for your next family holiday or weekend away.
