If you want to have a wonderful ski vacation in Deer Valley, then we have the townhouse for you, Greyhawk #9. Our cozy townhouse has a fantastic location and everything you will need to make your stay memorable. First, the free bus stop is located only steps away at the base of the townhouse. The bus will take you in two minutes to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge to catch the Carpenter or Silver Lake Express lifts for a wonderful day of skiing. If you prefer Park City, take the bus the other way to be dropped off at Lowell Ave or the Historic Main Street in just a few minutes for skiing, restaurants and shopping. It is a seven minute walk down Deer Valley Drive to get to the Historic Main Street.

We are native Floridians but love to snow ski. We try to get out to ski as often as we can!!!
Brent purchased this condo in 2012
In one word, location!!! It is easy to get to Deer Valley, Park City or The Canyons from the bus stop just outside the townhouse. Matter of fact, there are two bus stops so that you can go either way.
We really like the two master bedroom suites with one down stairs and one up stairs with the main area in between. The location of the two bus stops just in front of the townhouse with one going to Deer Valley and the other to Park City and The Canyons so you don't have to wait for the bus to loop around.
It was perfect. The only improvement would be a small chair in each bedroom. I would definitely stay there again.
The perfect place to enjoy a weekend of fantastic skiing in Park City. Great hot tub, two good-sized bedrooms (so no arguing over who gets which one!) and perfectly located right next to the shuttle stop for both Park City and Deer Valley. Brent was also very communicative and accommodating when we requested an early check-in. Highly recommend.
To start, the owner made booking and payment a breeze.
This condo is very convenient if you plan to ski at Deer Valley or visit Park City. The main road to DV passes directly in front of this condo and the trip to DV is about 5 minutes by car. This same road also leads directly into Park City proper. Downtown PC is about 5 minutes away by car. The convenience of being on a main road does, however, have one drawback: daytime noise. This is a very busy road during the day and into the early evening. However, by about 10pm, this road quiets down significantly. Good insulation made nextdoor's noise a non-issue.
When we arrived, our access codes for the garage door did not work. However, Brent, being an excellent host, answered our call within a few minutes and gave us some new, working codes.
The condo itself is in good working condition. A couple of small issues such as some sticking doors and hard to open windows were present, but nothing major. The condo has a nice three-story arrangement which would allow two couples to sleep far enough apart to generate excellent privacy. The main room has a nice large TV, cable DVD player, and fireplace which we found in good working order. The bedrooms also have TVs and cable along with private jetted tubs which was a nice plus. For a summer stay, the three story configuration definitely sends a lot of heat upwards, and the upstairs bedroom, along with the main living area can become very warm. Brent has left a nice little portable AC unit in the upstairs closet to help mitigate this issue and we found keeping the windows open helped as well.
The private hot tub was much appreciated. If you look at many Park city condos they will mention a hot tub, but typically it is shared. If you value privacy, you will want something like this condo, which has it's own hot tub, surrounded by some nice Aspen trees that provide some insulation from the road below. The hot tub does need some work. It did have a couple missing switches and the porch surrounding it needed some cleaning when we arrived (dust, leaves and an old hot tub filter). However, the heater, pumps and shell were in good condition.
The upper porch has two nice Adirondack chairs and a grill, however, the grill needs some TLC.
Convenient location with easy access to DV and PC
Private hot tub
Heated, enclosed garage
Busy road outside during the day
Warm conditions during summer require open windows
Nice 2 bedroom townhouse convenient to Deer Valley. The elevator was nice to have to avoid having too drag luggage up and down stairs. Indoor parking with 2 spots was good to have access to also.
My two kids and I stayed in this terrific two bedroom condo for a long ski weekend at Deer Valley. The condo is very nice and super convenient to Deer Valley. The shuttle bus stops right in front. We drove every day because I just like having my car. It is literally a three minute drive to Snow Park Lodge. The kitchen is very well equipped, lots of utensils and pots and pans. Very nice television in living room. Loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Great underground parking. Elevator so you don't have to lug your bags up and down the stairs to the parking garage. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Just a very nice condo. I would certainly stay here again.
We have stayed at this townhouse numerous times. It has everything needed for a comfortable ski vacation stay. We especially appreciate the private hot tub and the washer and dryer. The owner is great. He responds immediately if there is a question or problem and is always available to provide helpful information. We also love the location - close to both Deer Valley and Park City. We really like being able to walk to Main Street for dinner. We will return to this property in March and hopefully again in 2017 for one or two stays.
Nestled in the middle of the Deer Valley/Park City ski areas, easily accessible by the free bus system. Cross country skiing, tubing, and sledding just minutes away. Shopping in downtown Park City with quaint shops and eateries. Ski during the winter and mountain bike and hike during the summer.
