This cozy one bedroom/one bath unit will provide you the comforts of home at the beach. It is one of the best locations in Seascape located steps away from the beach and directly in front of the pool.
It is located in the Lakefront area of Seascape's 300 acre resort which includes multiple fishing lakes, an 18 hole golf course, 8 soft tennis courts, and 5 swimming pools. Family's can enjoy bike rental, water sports rental and the beautiful beach front near the local- favorite, award winning Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Grill.
My family enjoys afternoons fishing in Stewart Lake and watching golfers approach the 14th green!
Seascape has been a part of my family's summer since the 1980's. Fond memories of golfing, playing tennis, bike riding, and fishing were a bonus to the fun family time spent at the beach.
It is such a convenience to have the famous Whale's Tail beachside dining within walking distance!
This property contains a built in bunk bed unit in the hallway large enough for an adult. This provides the benefit of not using the sofa bed!
We love Miramar and really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and lovely. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family loved the location and the condo unit itself, what we had a problem with was that the unit was not ready when we arrived and the owner did not get the correct information for use to find our unit and the code to get in. The other complaints I have is the Master bed was terribly uncomfortable and sunk towards the middle and the couch bed had a terribly uncomfortable old filthy mattress and there was dirt under the couch. We had ants on the bunk beds and the owner quickly responded to fix the problem while we went to the beach. When we came back both bunk bed mattresses were completely wet under them and the bed coverings were wet as well. My girls could not sleep in this situation, we improvised with floor sleeping which is just unacceptable. We saw two live roaches in the kitchen and the dryer took hours to dry anything.....The owner was very kind but I think she needs to update her condo with new mattresses for the master and couchbed . Once again the unit was in a great location and We would consider renting in the future if the problems were fixed.
This is our second year staying in this condo and we just love it! It's a short walk to the beach and to the Whale's Tale restaurant plus it’s directly across from one of the pools on the property. The condo is nicely equipped in the kitchen and stocked with plenty of linens in the bathroom. We love having breakfast in the screened in porch area and watch the ducks go by. We’ll definitely make this our first option when choosing a place to stay whenever we come to Miramar Beach.
This place is absolutely perfect for a couple, or a small family. My husband and I have absolutely NO complaints. Perfect location, SHORT walking distance to the beach and pool, and an extremely clean place to stay. The owners went over-and-beyond to make our stay perfect. We were extremely PLEASED with everything.
Amazing location. Our group consisted of my 6 month pregnant wife and our 3 year old. The location could not have been any better with those two things in mind. 100 yds from the beach and just steps to the pool! We will definitely stay again.
