This condominium, with complimentary in-season beach chair / umbrella service, is close enough to the beach (3rd floor) to enjoy the sounds of the seagulls and rolling waves, yet elevated enough to obtain a better view of the beach and gulf. Our condo itself, and the Ocean Breeze complex in it's entirety, is a non-smoking property - This condo was completely refurbished in 2005, with everything new, from drywall to wiring to bathtubs, fixtures, air conditioner, cabinets, flooring (porcelain tile), upgraded interior solid core doors, upgraded hardware, etc. You won't be disappointed with the quality of this spacious condo. A brand new, exceptional quality Norwalk leather queen sleeper sofa is a new addition for 2014. In early 2015, we even had the already beautiful porcelain tile floors professionally stripped/cleaned and resealed so that we can continue offering the ultimate in cleanliness and beauty. We love keeping our guests 'completely satisfied', and we find it personally rewarding to hear our guests remark how impressed they are with our personal service and the condition of the condo. Our repeat business in stronger than we could have ever imagined. In 2015 we added more tumbled tile on the dining area wall and it looks fantastic. New for 2016 we added an LG brand full size front loading washer and dryer and our guests love the capacity level and speed capabilities.

This property is low density, with only 48 condos in an 8 story concrete solid building, situated along over 1000 feet of Gulf front unused by any other condominium or home. All condo units in this development were completely refurbished in 2005, and is a quiet family oriented complex. Our service to you is top-notch and we take great care of the property. Security is on-site during the busy times, to protect your privacy. Fluted mouldings and upgraded hardware and solid core doors give this condo a special touch. Brand New sliding glass doors and windows keep (at a cost of $15,000) keeps the condo nice and quiet, allowing you to let the sounds and breezes in as you desire, yet you can close them out for peaceful rest and quietness. Our highly qualified painter keeps us on his schedule each year to make sure that all painted areas, baseboards, door casings, walls, balconies, etc. are in tip top shape. He knows that we want the condo to be maintained on a scheduled basis, and therefore we do not wait until it 'needs repainting' per se.

The Hobbs were very nice & easy to rent from.

This was our second year to stay at Ocean Breeze West. We really enjoyed the Hobbs' condo more than the one from last year. The whole complex is a great place to stay, however they do need some upgrades & the parking lot floods. There were 42 (family & friends)of us from Arkansas that stayed at Ocean Breeze West. I didn't hear anyone complaining about any of the condos they were in. I recommend Ocean Breeze West to anyone that wants a to be where there isn't a lot of people to have to share the beach with.

Great condo and will definitely be back!!!

The owners are GREAT and very personable. From calling to see when we would arrive, meeting us at the condo, having cupcakes and flowers on arrival, and making sure everything was in order, you cannot go wrong with renting this condo.? I messaged about beach chairs, and Mr. Hobbs had it taken care of in no time, and even checked back with us to make sure. Loved the pool and being able to just walk right out on the beach. The view from the balcony was wonderful to watch the fireworks up and down the beach on July 4th. We usually rent a house in Ft. Morgan and was really worried about a condo being to crowded, but this was perfect!! We didn't want to leave, and will definitely be back.

Had the best time on this vacation! Elizabeth and Tony's condo is wonderful in every way.........great kitchen, sleeping space for four adults and two lively children, super washer and dryer, wonderful balcony to sit and watch the waves roll in below! Terrific beach and lots of restaurants around for those of us who hate to cook on vacation! Would we return to this great place? You better believe it! See you next year!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely Wonderful

Tony and Elizabeth were great! We truly enjoyed the condo this past week. The beautiful flowers were such a wonderful touch and were beautiful to look at all week and the kids devoured the cupcakes. They met us at the condo when we arrived to make sure everything was good and to see if we had any questions. The weather did not want to cooperate the first part of the week but we still enjoyed every minute by soaking in the view from the balcony and soaking in the sun on the days that it was not overcast and too windy. The condo was very comfortable and we were sad to have to leave and come home. It was nice having the Shrimp Basket across the road and Lillian's pizza near by, the Perdido area is great. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the Perdido Key area. Thank you again Tony and Elizabeth for such great hospitality and for sharing your condo with us.

When staying at Ocean Breeze, you can walk westward along the beach for more than 2 miles through the State Park, where parking is not allowed along the roadway, and privacy abounds.

Visit the world famous Naval Aviation Museum, located just 15 minutes from Ocean Breeze. IMAX movies, aircraft of all kinds, flight simulators and more make the Naval Aviation Museum a lifetime memory for adults and children alike.

Downtown Pensacola is about 30 minutes away, and offers a day's worth of easy walking to visit historical cottages, parks and a vast array of casual to fine dining.
