The owners have been renting properties since 1980. They bought their first holiday rental at Huntingdon Place in 2003. They enjoy the holiday rental business because you allow us to meet new people all the time. They pride themselves in making a home from home for their guests. Providing the small extras can make such a difference to peoples level of satisfaction. has been in the hospitality industry for more than 40 years in Edinburgh.

Perfect apartment in a great city

This apartment has everything you could possibly need for any length of stay, well equipped, very clean, warm, comfortable beds and a good supply of basics for when you arrive. The location is great, within walking distance of all attractions, close to plenty of eateries of different nationalities, or supermarkets if you prefer to cook, but on a quiet residential street.

The owners are easy to contact regarding arrival times and meet you on arrival to let you in and show you round, but then leave you to get on with it, which is ideal.

Would stay here again without hesitation.

Well equipped and cared for quiet apartment in perfect location

Lovely apartment and very well equipped and furnished. Lots of nice little touches that make it feel like a true home from home. Extremely quiet despite being only an easy 15 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley station and all the main tourist attractions of Princes St and the city centre. Personally greeted by owner Angela which was a very nice touch too. Highly recommended.

Beautiful flat in a perfect location!

Gordon and Angela's flat was more then we could have asked for! The perfect size for a family of three. Great location in regards to getting to Princes Street and the Royal Mile. Angela called me prior to our arrival to let us know they were going or of town last minute, and made arrangements for someone to greet us at the flat. Upon our arrival we found the fridge filled with basic necessitates, which was a very nice and welcoming touch.

I would recommend this flat to anyone looking to visit Edinburgh! Thank you again, Gordon and Angela!

Ideal in both location and amenities.

This property is in an ideal location for visiting Edinburgh - a 10-15 minute walk to the centre, with very quick and easy access to local shops and restaurants. However, it is also very quiet and peaceful as it overlooks a small park and is away from noisy traffic. The owners were extremely helpful, both before we arrived and on meeting us but then left us to our own devices as we wished. The apartment is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and extremely well stocked with utensils and equipment for every need. We had a welcome pack of food essentials for when we arrived which was very gratefully received after a long drive as we were able to sit and have a cuppa with either some biscuits, toast and/or fruit. Thank you Gordon and Angela. Would definitely rent this accommodation again and highly recommend it.
