Condo, 1 bedroom + convertible bed, 1 bath (Sleeps 2-4). King size bed in bedroom, queen size sofa bed in living room. 840 square feet unit plus lanai facing west for great sunsets. Well equipped full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, iron etc. 48 inch flat screen TV in living room with cable plus 32 inch flat screen TV in bedroom now. Unit remodeled in 2010, bathroom update in 2012 and new sliding glass doors in 2014. We do NOT list this unit on CRAIGSLIST.
We live in Wichita, KS and have taken annual vacations at Kaanapali for 14 years, finally deciding to buy in the Mahana in 2012.

Proximity to the beach and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean plus the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Ability to enjoy wonderful sunsets and cool ocean breezes. The Mahana is quiet yet has amenities such as a swimming pool and hot tub. Just a wonderful place to spend time.
A perfect getaway for a family of 4. Everything was exactly as the pictures and description stated. We packed our boogie boards into the Jeep and hit a different beech each day. The beech right outside of the unit is not great for swimming but there are plenty of options within a short walk. We were extremely pleased with the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking equipment and supplies needed. The place was great.
Just returned from our first vacation in Maui and it was wonderful! The condo was perfect for the two of us to celebrate our 35th anniversary. The location was great - quiet but close to everything you need, especially the ocean! We found it hard to tear ourselves away from the awesome views. We saw beautiful sunsets, turtles, surfers, rainbows and more right from our own private lanai. As others have stated, the owner is very easy to work with. Everything you need is here to have a great vacation. If you are looking for a "resort type" experience, this may not be for you. But if you are looking for a private location that is close to everything, then this unit is for you! As we toured around the island we took note of other properties in the area. My husband stated several times that I had picked the best spot! By saving money and cooking some meals in, we could splurge on our nights out at some of the best restaurants on Maui such as Leilani's on the Beach, Dukes, and Mama's Fish House. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to visit Maui in the future. Thanks Adrian!
My wife, 8 year old and I really enjoyed our recent stay in Mahana 304. The owner Adrian was awesome and made sure we were happy before arriving and after getting into the unit. The views from inside and the lanai are awesome. Its a great arrival experience when you first open the door into the unit and see the floor to ceiling windows of nothing bu ocean. The space is great with updated lanai furniture that included a dining table and 2 easy chairs. The TV was also updated to a larger 46 inch TV now in front of the couch. All the cooking utensils you would need for a vacation are in the kitchen- in great condition too! Great beach equipment like the nice Tommy Bahama chairs, games, boogie boards and some snorkel equipment. Linens including towels (bath and beach) of were great quality. Central AC is a big help as well as a couple of days the trade winds stopped. We immediately thought of my wife's parents and how they would love this condo as they visit Maui as frequent as we do. We will look into staying here again come our next visit!
The unit was comfortable, clean, updated, fully functional, and meeting all the basic vacation rental condo needs in terms of location, parking, easy access, proximity to several (many) West Maui beaches, eateries, grocery store, etc.
We really enjoyed our stay at #304 Mahana and would stay here again next time we want to be located in West Maui, for sure!
The unit was plenty spacious for us - two adults - and certainly would accommodate a family of four easily.
The Mahana was well manicured, quiet and peaceful, and especially appealing if you wish to avoid being immersed in the hyperactivity and OTT grandeur encountered at some of the area resorts (many of which you can walk to along the beach walk board walk south of Mahana).

We whole-heartedly agree with the positive reviews shared by previous guests. It was our first visit to Maui and the owner was easy to reach and responsive to our questions and maintenance requests. The 3rd floor views were spectacular and the unit had a good layout with roominess and comfort. We appreciated the personal touches from small face and bath soaps to attractively folded towels on both the vanity and kitchen tray. You felt welcomed and invited like family members because thought and care was put into the items that would make your stay pleasant and complete. The interior décor had the right touch of Hawaiian ambiance. In the closets were plenty of hangers and bins with beach gear and beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs for your use. The grounds and building were also immaculately maintained. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. A short walk through the parking lot put you on the north end of the Kaanapali Beach boardwalk. Fifteen minutes to the south was the picturesque town of Lahaina and 15 minutes to the north were the beautiful beaches of Napili and Kapalua. We would highly recommend booking this property to other guests.
Wow! A fantastic condo with everything you could imagine provided!
The kitchen was fabulous. Great equipment for any preparation. The flatware was high end especially for a rental property of any kind.
No need to take a sunset cruise. We had our own private happy hour with sunset each night.
Scuba equipment, beach chairs nicer than we have at home, plenty of beach towels, etc. We could go on and on.
Location was perfect with a beautiful walking path.
We thought it was a perfect vacation spot!
