Well equipped full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, iron etc. 48 inch flat screen TV in living room with cable plus 32 inch flat screen TV in bedroom now. Unit remodeled in 2010, bathroom update in 2012 and new sliding glass doors in 2014. We do NOT list this unit on CRAIGSLIST.

Photos tell it like it is

Unlike some places you rent for vacation, this one lived up to its photos. We loved the view, the unit is immaculate and very well stocked. Comfortable bed (and even the hide-a-bed is comfortable) and a wonderful selection of pillows. Free parking was appreciated even more after we visited the Sheraton and had to pay $10 to snorkel at Blackrock (but the snorkeling was excellent). We saw humpback whales right from the living room and deck many times on several days...amazing! The access to amenities is wonderful and yet away from the main throng of tourists on the rest of Ka'anapali beach. The only sad thing is watching the beach erode. There really isn't much beach in front of this building anymore. It is only a few feet away to the North, however. We would go back without hesitation. The owner and on-site staff were both very helpful and pleasant.

Owner's Response: Thanks for going to the trouble of submitting a review. The beaches have taken a pounding from El Niño this past year and they do move around quite a bit during the year. There is some coral a few feet into the ocean depending on the tide but it is not far, as you note, to get into the sea on sand and around the coral. Glad you enjoyed your time on Maui. Mahalo.

Perfect oceanfront condo

All I can say is if you are reading this review stop and book it before it’s gone! We just returned from our stay at the Mahana 304 what a perfect condo. You can’t get any closer the the ocean, it’s like being on a cruise ship. Everything was perfect, from our contact with Adrian, directions to the unit, ease of check in and check out and of course the unit itself. Before I forget to mention it, the best mattress we have ever slept in. Be sure to look around before you go shopping , everything you need is already there. Great selection of cooking supplies and everything you need for the beach. Great restaurants and stores all within easy walking distance. The beach is at your doorstep. Great snorkeling right in front of the building.

Thank you Adrian, for letting us enjoy your little piece of paradise. We will definitely be back!

One of the best!

Had a wonderful stay in Maui recently. This Mahana condo was perfect! Beautiful location with all the comforts of Maui. The owner Adrian was very attentive and accommodating which added to our positive experience. We absolutely hope to return! Thanks Adrian!

Fantastic unit.

We couldn't have asked for a better unit. The owner was super helpful far in advance answering questions via email many times. The unit is perfect. Don't run out and buy boogie boards and snorkle gear like we did before we got there - there are plenty in the unit (and we left ours to add to the stash). The kitchen was great and more than well stocked with all you need to cook. We were lazy and went across the road to the restaurants frequently. There are also gas grills to cook by the pool and a nice spa by the pool to soak and watch the sunset. The building was very quiet at night. We only ever heard the sound of the surf. I would return to this unit again in a heart beat.

Lovely condo at Mahana!

We absolutely loved this condo the view was amazing!..... Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and comfortable. The last day we found out there was a beach right down from the condo.... Wish we would have discovered that sooner so we could have enjoyed it!
