Well equipped full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, iron etc. 48 inch flat screen TV in living room with cable plus 32 inch flat screen TV in bedroom now. Unit remodeled in 2010, bathroom update in 2012 and new sliding glass doors in 2014. We do NOT list this unit on CRAIGSLIST.

Proximity to the beach and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean plus the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Ability to enjoy wonderful sunsets and cool ocean breezes. The Mahana is quiet yet has amenities such as a swimming pool and hot tub. Just a wonderful place to spend time.

Wonderful!!!!

Anything you need you have it! We used the boogie boards, coolers, chairs and ice packs. Hangers for your clothes. We saved a ton of money since the kitchen had everything you need!!!! I could have looked at the view all day. Close to the elevators. And quite at night. Subway and Times Market was a life saver. We were told the Mexican restaurant too was a good place to eat. All across the street from the condo. Great location! Thanks to Adrian for her help and checking in with us.

Amazing condo!

My husband and I LOVED this condo. It has everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen, it had a closet full of beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and it even had a washer and dryer with detergent! The view is beautiful and it was relaxing to sit on the screened in patio to hear the ocean and see the ocean right below. The condo was in a great location walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store too. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Maui and we would love to come back and stay again! Thanks!!

perfect, looks just like the pictures online

The room was fabulous. The floor to ceiling windows in living room and bedroom sold the unit to us. The keyless entry is a nice feature. The beach out front is rocky, but a 5 minutes walk down the beach and it becomes all sand. Had a great time and would recommend it to everyone. It made our 25th anniversary very special.

Owner's Response: Thanks for going to the trouble of submitting a review. The beaches have taken a pounding from El Niño this past winter and they do move around quite a bit during the year. There is some coral a few feet into the ocean depending on the tide but it is not far, as you note, to get into the sea on sand and around the coral. Glad you enjoyed your time on Maui. Mahalo.

Amazing view and a great location

The pictures do not do this place justice! The view from both the living room and the bedroom is breathtaking and Adrian has done a wonderful job with the updates to this condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed time in the space. The AC works wonderfully, which has not always been the case in other condos we have stayed in on Maui. The grounds of the building are well kept and the staff was all very helpful. The location is ideal for exploring West Maui and with groceries and several restaurants within walking distance, it was easy to get around. Adrian was easy to communicate with and kept us up to date throughout the booking process through arrival.

Perfect Paradise

This condo is a hidden secret. Not only is it truly amazing but the owner Adrian is always available to assist in .not only about the home but anything else. Lets start with the view. This you see from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. When we would walk in the door this is truly what greets you. It just makes you happy. The home has everything you need. The complex is perfect. If you have children and want a larger pool area with slides, this is not for you. If you want a peaceful pool side next to the ocean, this is for you. It is a very quiet complex. You are a short walk from the resort style condo's and Duke's Oceanfront bar/restaurant. A short walk away is the local Times market for those smaller incidentals.

We are 50 and just married. This was perfect for us. We found the bed very comfortable as well. We feel very fortunate to have found such a gem. Thank you to Adrian for always being available for any questions about the Island as well.

Such A Beautiful Property!

We absolutely loved staying in 304. You fall asleep to the sound of the waves and the view is spectacular. We are on our honeymoon and could not have hoped for a better place to stay. It is clean and has everything you need! Thank you so much!!
