Condo, 1 bedroom + convertible bed, 1 bath (Sleeps 2-4). King size bed in bedroom, queen size sofa bed in living room. 840 square feet unit plus lanai facing west for great sunsets. Well equipped full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, iron etc. 48 inch flat screen TV in living room with cable plus 32 inch flat screen TV in bedroom now. Unit remodeled in 2010, bathroom update in 2012 and new sliding glass doors in 2014. We do NOT list this unit on CRAIGSLIST.

Proximity to the beach and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean plus the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Ability to enjoy wonderful sunsets and cool ocean breezes. The Mahana is quiet yet has amenities such as a swimming pool and hot tub. Just a wonderful place to spend time.

Spectacular view, clean and fully stocked with everything you would need for your trip. Kitchen supplies, spices, beach towels, umbrellas, snorkel gear, cooler, beach chairs. There even was a Road to Hana CD you can listen too if you choose to take that drive. Excellent location. Great place to stay. The owner was well organized and communication with him was simple and directions were well communicated. Thank-you!!!

Fabulous place. Great view of ocean with whales spouting in the distance. Easy parking with plenty of shade. Kitchen was very well stocked. Easy access to snorkle along beach. This unit was exactly as described. We will return.

ANOTHER WORLD

This condo and its owner offer to visitors the perfect vacation spot. Adrian is a pleasure to deal with and has set it up so that guests can check in easily and print out a parking pass without any confusion or complications. The location and the views from Mahana 304 make it is a world apart from the hustle and bustle of daily life, but it is close to everything you would want: shopping, dining, the beach, the boardwalk to Whalers Village, etc. That would be enough to keep us coming back (this was our second stay), but add to that the beautiful and comfortable furnishings in this condo and we never want to leave. Bring is some groceries and you'll have everything you need; the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a good selection of beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkels/masks, and coolers. The lanai has comfortable chairs where you can sit for hours reading, watching the whales, or just "being."

Other places we've stayed do not offer the same sense of being away-from-it-all while actually being located in the center of all that Hawaii has to offer. Staying at Mahana 304 is more than a vacation; its restorative and energizing. Its magical. Thanks Adrian.

Wonderful view and ambiance.

My husband and I just returned from a memorial trip to Maui. I researched condos on the shore of West Maui and decided on this one. I believe it was an excellent choice.The location was close to shopping and activities. The Condo was white glove clean, had everything a guest would need and the view, and the ocean waves were wonderful. We were a couple, however it could accommodate 2 more if sharing a convertible couch. We were there the end of January and watching the surfers, and whale watching was great.

A perfect getaway for a family of 4. Everything was exactly as the pictures and description stated. We packed our boogie boards into the Jeep and hit a different beech each day. The beech right outside of the unit is not great for swimming but there are plenty of options within a short walk. We were extremely pleased with the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking equipment and supplies needed. The place was great.

Owner's Response: January 2017. Thank you very much for posting such a positive review of our unit. We are just back ourselves and the beaches in the area have certainly taken a pounding from El Nino this past year. The sands can move around even during a 24 hour period. There is now more exposed coral in front of the Mahana a few feet in depending on the tide, but as you say it is not far to get around that. We noted improvement over our November visit and hope that is going to continue.
