Pop across the road and take in all the best features Bribie has to offer swimming, fishing, water sports, walking/biking tracks, picnic spots and parks. The shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants of Bongaree and Bellara are all a short walk or drive away and best of all a very easy ten minute walk along the water front and across the bridge you will find yourself at the famous Sandstone Point Hotel.

There is plenty of peace and quiet as well as privacy and space as the town house is a great size. As well as an impressive location the unit has everything you will need while on holiday. On the ground floor is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area all flowing out onto the covered outdoor area that overlooks the water. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essential kitchenware and the lounge room has a flat screen TV, DvD player and radio. There is a second toilet on the ground level as well as a single lock up garage.

Up the stairs are two bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, built in robe and a private balcony with great views of the water. The second bedroom has two single beds, a ceiling fan and its own private balcony overlooking the back of the complex onto the gardens. The bathrooms has a shower and bath, vanity and separate toilet. There is also a private laundry with full facilities in the property.

This unit is perfect for a quick weekend away or even better for a longer stay to enjoy Bribie Islands best.
