Loved Maine love!
Great place to stay. Very comfortable. Extremely clean. Close to town. Loved having a dedicated parking spot so that no matter how busy it was, our spot was always available. Hope to return for another wonderful Maine vacation.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Maine Love. It's location was perfect - an easy walk to the water, shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The only place we needed to drive to was Acadia (when we didn't bike there). The place was clean and big enough for our group of 4 adults and one toddler.

This property was the perfect size for our family of 6! Spacious and packed full of everything you could need. The location is everything; a quick walk to all the locations you'd want to get to. We will definitely be back!
Perfect place to stay!
Maine Love was all we could have hoped for. The unit is spacious, well kept, and ideally located. It is a short walk to the village of Bar Harbor and one block from a grocery store that made it convenient to stock the refrigerator. Best of all, we had an easy walk to the Island Explorer shuttle bus and we could leave our car behind. We will definitely return for another vacation!
Very well located unit close to downtown and Acadia National Park.
Great experience with Acadia at the heart of Bar Habor
Nice and clean unit. Well equipped. Excellent location.
WiFi was not great, but it is fixable.
Our property is located in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor, near Acadia National Park on Mount Desert Island in Maine. Within walking distance of your accommodations you will be able to visit all that Bar Harbor has to offer including shops, restaurants, whale watching tours, kayaking excursions, bike rentals, tours on the four masted schooner Margaret Todd, Ferry ride to Schoodic Peninsula and many many other activities.
Acadia National Park was selected America's favorite place by viewers of Good Morning America. Acadia is a natural jewel with its dramatic shoreline with crashing waves on its granite outcroppings. In addition to its many miles of hiking trails with majestic mountains, including the famous Cadillac Mountain at 1,530 feet. (known as the first place to view the sunrise in the United States). Another notable feature of Acadia is the 45 miles of carriage trails that are closed to vehicular traffic and make excellent hiking, biking and horse riding paths. Don’t forget to visit Sand Beach, Thunder Hole and Jordan Pond House for their amazing popovers and lobster bisque!
Another notable feature of Mount Desert Island is the picturesque Bass Harbor Head Light, one of the most photographed lighthouses in the country. Other features to be sure to see on the island is Somes Sound, the only Fjord in the east coast and the quaint harbors of Northeast and Southwest Harbors with working lobster boats.
