It has a sitting room, kitchen/dining area, mezzanine double bed, shower room, w.c., private patio/garden, and a private entrance for direct access from a side street. The Studio is linked to Maison Marciac by a private courtyard for use when the two are rented as one ensemble (increasing the total bedrooms to three and the maximum occupation to seven). ***

Double glass doors at one end connect with the courtyard linking with Maison Marciac. Double doors at the other end lead onto a private patio and garden.
The tastefully restored property is approximately 100 metres from the attractive market square of the ancient bastide village.
Charming well maintained flat in a wonderful location , close to shops and several excellent cafes and restaurants. The property is well maintained and clean and I would certainly recommend it to friends and relatives, though I would suggest that elderly people might find the mezzanine bedroom arrangements a little difficult to negotiate. If you are it and healthy and used to stairs you should have no trouble.
The Bastide village of Marciac is beautiful and very interesting . It boasts some lovely walks and has a pretty lake with a couple of restaurants on it's shore. If you are lucky you may also enjoy some good Concerts in the new concert hall, usually on a Saturday evening. I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and beauty of the attractive property.
Very good and nice place for being in the heart of JIM festival!
Just a step from the fortified village or the evening shows, you can't miss any event!
Also very convenient, you can find many shops, bars and restaurants around there.
Above all these points, the studio and the garden are a perfect peaceful area to chill out and visit the region.
Steps from the village square with its wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants; this is an ideal place to base yourself to relax and enjoy the local pace of life, explore the region - or both! We made easy and enjoyable day trips to Pau, Lourdes and Auch during our short stay and there are plenty more places to explore.
We stayed in the Studio and it has everything you could need. Note that the sunken bed upstairs requires a climb up a steep flight of stairs but it was quite good fun once you got used to it!
