At 2,000 square feet this home features three spacious bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen) and 2 full baths. Multiple covered slate patios and a sparkling, newly-plastered diving pool create an ideal outdoor oasis for indulging in Arizona's renowned temperate days and nights.
The location of this home is unbeatable as it's less than 2 miles from both Scottsdale Road and Loop 101, with multiple upscale shopping and dining options nearby. The immediate location is ideal as the home backs to a quiet, community greenbelt and is walking distance to the 11-acre Comanche Park with a playground, basketball and tennis courts. It's also just 1 mile from the new Salt River Fields baseball stadium.
Due to the HOA requirements the minimum required stay is 1 month.
The house itself was perfect for a large family consisting of...
grandparents, sisters and their kids, and the daily visitor the great-grandmother.
The plentiful amenities (well equipped kitchen, linens, pool equipment, tv sets in all rooms,
sturdy, attractive, comfortable furniture, ceiling fans, airconditioning, walking distance to
drugstore and park, short driving distance to downtown Scottsdale south and my residence
north...and oh so much more.) The kids rarely left the perfect pool--not too big or small.
We cooked on the grill as well as the oven, enjoyed the dishwasher, washer and dryer, and
cannot think of an item missing this lovely home.
We rented this property for the month of March 2015. The property is extremely well situated within the Scottsdale area. You have easy access to golf, baseball, shopping, restaurants and walking/biking trails.
The home is wonderfully comfortable, clean, well furnished and cared for. The heated pool was the icing on the cake.
Any maintenance issues were promptly attended. The property manager is accessible, friendly and accommodating.
I cannot think of one thing that I would recommend for improvement. This house is a gem, and I hope that we can return next year!
We had a wonderful stay at this home for the month of February. The home has a great location. Close to the 101, close to restaurants and shopping. There are several parks close and many walking trails. A short walk will take you to the local Starbucks and fitness club. The house is nicely decorated and furnished. It felt like home. The friendly property manager met us at the house when we got there and answered all our questions.
The house was exactly as described and very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The property manager's wife met us and showed us around when we arrived and the manager met us when we left. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and checked in with us during the week. This house is off a main freeway and close to everything...perfect for a vacation get-away in the sun, and the grapefruit and oranges in the front yard are delicious!
We've had the pleasure of renting this home for 2 winter seasons January - March. It truly is a "home away from home." Located in the heart of Scottsdale, we had easy access to golf courses, restaurants, walking/biking paths, shopping. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals at home. The office setup in the third bedroom was perfect, even including a printer. The owners were very accommodating to any requests we made. We highly recommend this property - you won't be disappointed!
My husband and I rented this property from mid-September through mid-October and had a relaxing, comfortable time. The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. The owner was extremely easy to work with and very helpful. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the property manager, who took us through the house, answered any questions we had, and gave us the house keys. He was very friendly, and help to make us feel welcomed. The neighborhood is centrally located to very diverse shopping, close to supermarkets and many other stores. There are many wonderful restaurants within a 5 - 20 minute drive. The house is located on a quiet, traffic-free street with greenbelts going through the area for walking or bicycle riding. Once you spend a few days here, you'll feel like your home - not in a rental. We would highly recommend staying at this house whether it's for a few days or an extended stay. Definitely worth it!!!
Located within walking distance of Salt River Fields where the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies, MLB teams hold their spring training.
Within a 10 minute drive of Old Scottsdale where many restaurants, cafes and attractions are found. Fashion Square shopping mall is located within 10 minutes of the house.
Scottsdale/Phoenix area has over 200 golf courses for you to explore. McCormick Ranch golf course is located within a 5 minute drive of the house. This course includes two beautifully maintained 18 hole courses.
There are hundreds of coffee shops, diners, restaurants and bars in the Scottsdale area.
This is a great location to access fabulous shopping, including name brand stores and discount shops.
Camelback Mountain is located within a 10 minute drive, for hiking and walking tours.

Small dogs that are well trained are welcome provided prior written approval is obtained. A cleaning fee of $450.00 will apply.
Rates are subject to change until confirmation. The property is only considered rented once deposit fee is received.
50% of rental amount due within 5 days of signed contract. Full details of rental amounts, payment terms and cancellation policy are outlined in the rental agreement which will be provided prior to renting.
