Everything looked good, except the upstairs master bathroom.
I booked this property for my in-laws to stay for two weeks, and my husband and I stayed with them for the first week. I’ve stayed in paradise palms almost a dozen of times. The last two times I’ve stayed I’ve been disappointed in the cleanliness of the homes. Our bathroom upstairs had a lot of hair that I had to continually clean up. I asssure you it wasn’t mine, plus we had just arrived. I understand there are hairs that fall out, but either this bathroom never was vacuumed or the vacuum didn’t work. Either way, being that it was a ceramic floor it should’ve been mopped as well. By the third day I called the number given if I had problem to share my problem. They told me, “we’ll send someone out to take pictures.” I said, “Take pictures? I just need someone to come out and vacuum.” She preceded to tell me there was a vacuum in the home. The last time in 2016 when I stayed in another home in paradise palms I not only had to vacuum when I got there, but I had to swifter and clean the floors as well on the first day I arrived. I was not cleaning another home. The lady ended the call by letting me know I will hear from them in 24 hours. I never heard from them, nor did anyone come out and vacuum. My husband had to listen to me dry heave as I cleaned the bathroom myself over the next couple of days.
We come to the Orlando area at least once to twice a year, and for many years have been staying in paradise palms. We’ve gotten use to the area, and it all has started to feel like home. We don’t know after this experience we will return.
