Located on the beach front, this south facing penthouse has panoramic sea Views. The lift opens directly into a spacious living room, with a dining room for 6. It is equipped with quality furniture, large flat screen TV, blu-ray DVD player with DVDs to play, channel TV and wireless broadband. Its large terrace surrounding the apartment has garden furniture, sunbeds and automatically irrigated plantations. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi. The second bedroom has an adjacent toilet and shower room. The study can double up as a third bedroom, with a comfortable sofa bed. All rooms have direct access to the terrace, including the kitchen, with a shady space for breakfast just outside the kitchen. The apartment has air-conditioning and central heating for all rooms. A wide range of household appliances, including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are included, as well as services. Reserved space for parking and garage are provided.

Lovely, spacious apartment with fantastic views!
We stayed in this great 2 bed apartment, with balcony overlooking the Med, with our 22 month old daughter. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and description - the kitchen is separate to the living area and makes it feel even more spacious. Everything you need for your holiday is provided, the apartment was lovely and clean when we arrived and fittings are of top quality. Sitting on the balcony admiring the view is superb! Walks along the seafront to Cannes and Mandelieu are great - Cannes is only an hours walk and there were plenty of kiosks open en route to stop for a coffee (we were there early/mid Oct). Would definitely recommend to friends who want top quality holiday accommodation with fantastic sea views!

Royal Palm Apartment 218
Very nice apartment exactly as described by the owner and including everything you may need for your stay. Very clean and well managed with perfect local costumer service. Location is in a quiet area away from high traffic and across the road from one of the nicest beaches around. Very quick access to and from the highway and a few minutes drive from supermarkets, speciality stores and restaurants as well as from Cannes centre and from La Napoule. We preferred this location to previous rentals in the central area of Cannes with their high traffic, noise, busy streets and restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment for vacation rental.

Your comment on Royal Palm's location being in a quiet area will be comforting for future guests who are sometimes under the impression that central Cannes is a more peaceful place.

A very impressive, clean, large, and luxurious apartment. It was very well maintained and had everything that you need to make a comfortable stay, a fully fitted kitchen, wonderful bathrooms and bedrooms. The terrace had a fantastic view across from Cannes-la-Bocca over to Cannes and we spent many hours appreciating it. We stayed in August but the pool area did not feel overcrowded, just enough company for the children. The owner provided a very accurate description, and was very easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. We had a wonderful holiday there.

"Abbiamo trovato un appartamento veramente bello, pulito e completo di ogni attrezzatura. Il residence merita 4 stelle e si trova in una zona dove è facile raggiungere negozi e supermercati che non sono comunque vicinissimi. Tutti gli spazi comuni sono pulitissimi ed efficacemente organizzati, sicuri da intrusioni. La spiaggia libera è proprio davanti al residence e la vista è stupenda. La vicinanza della ferrovia e della strada non hanno recato nessun disturbo per il rumore data la presenza di vetri insonorizzanti. All''arrivo la signora Silvia fornisce tutte le istruzioni e l''assistenza necessari. Tutto conforme alla descrizione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!!!!"

The luxurious apartments, at Royal Palm, are situated on the beach front with panoramic sea views of the Bay of Cannes. Along the beach, jet boats, windsurfing and a variety of other activities are available. Everything the French Riviera can offer is within easy driving distance of the apartments. Within 15 minutes is the world famous Cannes, with its palm fringed beaches, where you can find superb restaurants, glitzy bars, luxury shops and maybe a celebrity or two. The old port is packed with stunning yachts - other attractions, such as churches and monasteries are close by. Medieval fortified villages, museums of famous artists, St Tropez, Monaco, northern Italy and the famous perfume centre of Grasse, are all within easy reach. Further afield, about a couple of hours, are the skiing slopes and resorts of the Alps.

30% deposit at booking. Full payment 30 days before arrival. EUR 750 damage deposit in the form of a cheque given at day of arrival, which will be returned at day of departure after a joint inspection of the apartment, with no damages. Cheques and cash in other currencies at a similar value are accepted for the damage deposit. Rentals can start and finish at any day of the week.
