About Debbie Vaden
I'm the 4th generation property owner. My great garndfather built this house around 1902. There is a family cemetery located on the property. I grew up here and Stokes County has lots of recreational activities to offer. I have lived in many places throughout the US but this area is where my heart has always been. Love it here; you will too!
Debbie Vaden purchased this Farmhouse in 1900
Why Debbie Vaden chose Quaker Gap
The best thing about this property is its incredible view and the privacy the 50 acre property affords.

Beautiful and Secluded
We really enjoyed our stay at the Vaden farmhouse. The location of the house allows for complete seclusion and a beautiful view. Debbie was wonderful and met us there to give us the details we needed. I could see us returning in the future during warmer weather. Also great for larger groups.
Thanks for your wonderful review. We hope you can visit again in the summer. There is so much to do in the area. Canoe/kayaks trip, Zip-line, hiking, shopping and of course just unwinding and enjoying nature..
Pefect House, Great View, Very close to Hanging Rock, Great Host
We a a glorious time with friends at this wonderful property. The host Debbie was very gracious. She called us prior to warn about possible inclement weather and helped us settle in and out of the property. The proximity to beautiful hikes at Hanging Rock State Park was perfect. The outdoor fire pit was a great touch (not to mention the perfectly dry wood on the property). Outstanding! We hope to stay again! Thank you Debbie!
It’s very peaceful!!
Beautiful farmhouse with surrounding property to match.
We had a great time here. It was cold but we expected that for a New Years trip. The house is well equipped with heaters (wood fire stove and gas fire place kept us cozy while indoors). Debbie was spot on with the level of care and detail. She even rearranged the Sattelite T.V. package so we could watch the College Football playoff games. Location is close enough to Hanging Rock State Park and Danbury that a short drive gets you to the main attractions. Overall a great experience for us. Highly recommended.
This property was stunning. The view from the front porch is amazing!
Debbie was great to work with, and she was super nice. The farm house and surrounding views are beyond beautiful. We will definitely be going back sometime soon.
Absolutely awesome! Highly recommend and will defiinetly return. Home is perfect!!!
