This new three bedroom luxury penthouse on the 21st floor is an end unit with a PRIVATE WRAP-AROUND BALCONY. It has an unobstructed view that allows you to see east from St Andrews Bay all the way west to Destin with the world's most beautiful beaches in between. Whether you like watching the sun rise while sipping your coffee on the balcony or enjoy relaxing with fabulous ocean sunsets, this is the place for a memorable family vacation or an unforgettable honeymoon.

The Living Room and Master Bedroom have breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean plus access to the SPACIOUS 125 SQUARE-FOOT WRAP AROUND BALCONY through the 8-FOOT SLIDING GLASS DOORS. This professionally decorated unit features brand name furniture throughout, custom-made draperies, nine-foot ceilings, tile floors with plush carpeting in the bedrooms.There are ceiling fans throughout the unit and a full-sized high efficiency washer and dryer are an added convenience.

In December 2014, a new management company was hired by the newly elected Board of Directors to correct property deficiencies that existed with the previous managemnet company. Actions already taken included a complete cleaning of the building exterior, including the parking deck, hiring a new security company and upgrading the elevators to eliminate delays and congestion. Additional elevator changes that will be completeed this spring include replacing the elevator cabs and the elevator operation controls. Continued improvements to the condominium property to increase the guests' stay are the top priority of the new management company.

This condo is not managed by a rental company, but is operated and maintained by the owners. Unlike many units in this complex, this condo is our second home and we have furnished and maintain it for our personal use since we spend much of the year here ourselves. Guests staying in our condo will feel like it is their home also.

The specifics of our condo is included below:

The MASTER BEDROOM overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and has a magnificent Hooker Furniture four-poster king-size bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. It has matching Hooker Furniture nightstands and dresser, a 42 inch flat screen LCD television with Blu-ray disc/DVD player, with a private door leading to the wrap-around balcony.

The SECOND MASTER BEDROOM has a great view of the beach looking eastward to St Andrews Bay. It is furnished with a king-sized bed with firm Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, has a beautifully appointed complementary nightstand and chest as well as a 32 inch flat screen LCD television with Blu-ray disc/DVD player.

The THIRD BEDROOM features a platinum wingback queen-sized bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. A unique complementary chest and a 32 inch flat screen LCD television complete the room.

EACH OF THE BEDROOMS HAS A PRIVATE CONNECTED BATHROOM WITH TUB SHOWER AND HAIR-DRYER.

The LIVING ROOM features a queen-sized sleeper sofa with two overstuffed chairs to provide plenty of seating for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic ocean views through TWO SETS OF 8-FOOT SLIDING GLASS DOORS or watching the 42 inch LCD flat screen television, featuring HBO and NetFlix, is mounted over a glass-doored console. A DVD player is included along with a collection of books for readers of all ages.

The DINING AREA features a fine-crafted Sherrill wooden table with six matching chairs. The adjacent bar features a tiled front with six low-back stools for additional seating.

The fully-equipped KITCHEN has granite countertops with a refrigerator and icemaker, full-sized microwave, super quiet dishwasher, a flat-top electric stove with self-cleaning oven and a heavy duty garbage disposal. If you like to cook, there is everything you need including high quality cookware and appliances including a toaster, coffeemaker and blender. There is also dinnerware, glasses and flatware to accommodate 12 guests.

The unit also has direct access to secure high-speed internet service, cable television (WITH HBO AND NETFLIX) and local and long distance telephone service.

Also included are TWO RESERVED PARKING SPACES in the connected covered parking garage, allowing for convenient access to the condo and your vehicle.

Wonderful Vacation

Now we know what "Luxury Condo" stands for. We stayed for 2 weeks in Sun Lee's condo and are so happy with this decision. Everythng was pefect. The condo was very clean, super comfortable mattresses, nice furniture, the china, the linnen, the list is endless. We never had to wait at the elevatos. It was a perfect vataction and I think we are now spoiled. So we have to go back for more.....of the breath taking view and the luxury. Sun Lee: Job Well Done.

Fell in Love with this Condo!

I searched for a rental for weeks before coming across this beautiful condo and I'm so glad that this is the one I chose! The unit was clean and the resort was absolutely perfect, not to mention the view was gorgeous! Great location with shopping, restaurants, and Wal-Mart within walking distance. Thanks again Sunlee for the most perfect stay. We will definitely be contacting you again the next time we decide to travel to Panama City Beach :)

Best stay in Panama City Beach!! Highly recommend!!

The owner (Sunlee) was always very prompt and courteous in all communications. The unit was exceptionally clean and sufficiently furnished. The view was spectacular!! My family had plenty of room in this spacious condo (all 7 of us). My family has found our go-to condo for any future PCB vacation. Great spot logistically, within walking distance of many restaurants, gift shops, Wal-Mart, and plenty of other neat attractions.

Loved This Condo!

Went to Panama City for a week for a "Girls Only" trip and found this beautiful condo on VRBO. This condo is beautiful and well maintained. The furniture and decor are not typical "beachy" themed -- it is very elegant. The beds were so comfortable as well as the other furniture. Everything you would need for a week's stay are included in this condo. Just bring your clothing and food and you're ready for a terrific vacation. The view from the 21st floor is amazing. This unit is located at the end of the building so it is very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be contacting Sunlee again for another vacation in this luxury condo. We had the perfect Girls Getaway!!!

View was great, owner not so much

I will say first of all that the view from this balcony was amazing. However the room was just okay, it had what we needed I guess just nothing fancy and some of the stuff in the pictures is not really there. Please be careful when renting this condo. We went for our wedding, had lots of friends and family also staying at shores. We only cooked in our room one night. When we left and it came time for the owner to give back our deposit she told us that the cleaning people had found that the garbage disposal was not working. We never even used it. So it had to be messed up before ever got there. We had no use for it while we were there so it wasn't a big deal to us. When I explained this to the owner, she didn't care and refused to give us back our deposit.....guess that was her little wedding gift to us. Thanks. Then when asked for receipts she couldn't really supply anything valid as far as labor or installation which she added on to the bill for 100. I would also like to note that a disposal us not listed as one of the appliances in the condo. Needless to say please be careful. I really feel like she didn't know when it was broken originally and we were the unfortunate guests who had to pay for the maintenance and up keep of her condo. All of out other guests had minor issues with their rooms as well, my sister's room had a fan not working and when they left their dishwasher was found not working when they left however again we only ate at the resort once and it was in our room so they never knew and their owner apologized when he found it and gave them a free night for their inconvenience. Check other rooms this would be my very last option.

Owner's Response: Unfortunately, this reviewer has presented a very biased and exaggerated view of what occurred. The actual facts, in the order the reviewer presented them, are as follows: (1) Despite the reviewers opinion that the room was " just okay", the condo does not have "typical" condo furnishings. The condo is my second home and I have used high-quality furnishings and maintained it for my personal use since I spend part of the year there myself. Many of my other reviewers have remarked about the quality of the furnishings. (2) My housekeeper is a very thorough person and checks to make sure everything in the condo is working properly prior to each guest's arrival. (3) When the housekeeper arrived to clean the condo after the reviewer checked out, she immediately noticed a strong smell in the condo. She determined the smell was coming from the garbage disposal and after spending 20 minutes manually removing shrimp shells and other debris from it, found that it was inoperable and notified me. (4) The reviewer stayed in the condo for a week and said they never smelled any odors from the disposal. If it had been broken prior to their arrival with all that debris rotting in it, they would have surely smelled it. (5) I drove five hours to the condo to make sure the disposal was broken before having it replaced and stayed there until it had been replaced. (5) The reviewer was furnished with copies of the sales receipt for a new disposal (which was bought on sale) and the invoice for the installation. A credit was issued for the remaining balance of the security deposit. (6) In my first discussion with the guest about the disposal, she stated that it was not working when she tried to use it, but later denied that she had used it. (6) Her description of problems at other condos has no bearing on this issue since this is the only condo that I own and I have no control over how other condos are operated. Much effort has been made on my part to provide my guests with a vacation experience that will be like a home away from home. I take a lot of pride in providing a high quality, clean condo for the guests and expect them to treat it with respect while they are staying there. Normal wear and tear is to be expected, however, when things are broken in the condo, the guests are responsible for repairs or replacements as outlined in the rental agreement. I am glad to share my second-home with my guests but I expect them to act responsibly and not abuse my property.

ROOM WAS AMAZING, ALTHOUGH *RESORT* AMENITIES WEREN'T THAT GREAT!

We loved our room! The room was beautiful. The reservation process was so pleasant and the owners let us check in early when we arrived a little ahead of schedule. We didn't have to go through the front desk AT ALL and that's a blessing because the line was ungodly! They were super nice to deal with and very trustworthy. The condo was in great working condition and one of the nicest 3-BR units that we've ever stayed in. The resort, on another note, wasn't as great as I'd expected. The parking deck, which has no bearing on my resort opinion, is incredibly small. We drove two suburban vehicles and absolutely could not fit into the two provided parking spaces; just too small. (A smaller car would have been fine..We got a notice from security because we were hanging out in the line of traffic..imagine that?! ha) The resort pool was beautiful although you could not get a chair to sit in unless you were out prior to six am. Every. single. chair... was taken at 5:30am by a towel and not a soul to be found in the pool. No one was patrolling the pool area so the towels weren't removed although the rules clearly stated that wasn't acceptable. We got to the pool around 9 am and had to use our metal beach chairs to have seats. Aside from that, I would have an excellent review. I wish this condo was at another resort that was taken a little better care of!
