Beds & Bedrooms: 1st Floor Queen Bed, 2nd Floor 2 Full Beds, 3rd Floor Cal King Bed. There is a top of the line Queen Aerobed which can be placed in living room or in the large 3rd floor bedroom. Full bath and shower tub on 1st floor (not connected to bedroom so anyone can use it). Half Bath on 2nd floor. Full bath on 3rd floor that includes a custom stone slate shower. There is simply nothing like it on the market for rental. This house is a custom modern loft home. The experience of staying here exceeds any hotel suite or home available in downtown.
We stayed at the house for a girls getaway and it was perfect! There was six of us and we all had a ton of space which is nice. The house is walking distance from a ton of awesome restaurants and bars. A great location all and all. But what makes the place even better is Stewart. He is incredibly accommodating and kind. I have rented many houses through VRBO and most often feel very much like a customer or just another number. But not with Stewart! He truly makes you feel like a welcomed guest. Will definitely be staying here next time I come through town.
We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend exploring the City. This was a perfect location to walk to great restaurants around Gaslamp Quarter and Seaport Village. The Zoo is a short drive away. Steward called to greet us and answer any questions. The house had plenty of space for our family of five. The off street parking is a big plus in the city.
We enjoyed staying in this lovely home with our friends, it's a great spot and Stewart made us feel very welcome.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We originally booked this property as there were supposed to be 5 of us to ride in Bike the Bay. We needed a place that was large enough and with enough bathrooms as well as someplace safe to store our bikes but not in the house. The garage fit the bill for the bikes as well as providing a safe place to park. There are two balconies, one off the master bedroom that is wonderful for morning coffee or a late night drink. The house was clean and close to the gas lamp district action but far enough away as to not here the noise. Stewart, the owner, was wonderful and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to booking it again.
