Recently renovated and with enough room to sleep 10, this luxury Conch House will allow you and your guests to experience island living at its finest. Few locations, if any are as centrally located as this. Walk with-in everything that Old Town Key West has to offer including the Southernmost Point, Key West Lighthouse Museum and also the world famous Mallory Square, not to mention the countless bars and restaurants scattered along the way. For a true Key West experience, Hemingway’s Hideaway is your last stop.

Almost 1800 square foot authentic Conch house welcomes you at the edge of Bahama Village and with two reserved parking spaces, you’ll never have to worry about finding the right spot. Accessible through the rear gate and near the backyard, your island home will be nothing short of memorable.

The home consists of three bedrooms with two full bathrooms upstairs, one bedroom and bathroom downstairs, a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, an ample dining room adjacent to the family room (with pull-out sofa bed), a two-person workstation atop the stairs and state of the art laundry facilities inside. Your outdoor area is just as remarkable with two front porches and an outdoor pavilion with grill situated in the sprawling back yard with white picket fence creating your island oasis. Centrally located on the edge of Bahama Village and a block from Duval Street, your stay will be like that of Ernest Hemingway, strolling to local restaurants and watering holes like he did years ago.

Follow along as I describe the recently remodeled and professionally furnished accommodations. As you enter through the front door, you’ll be greeted with the family room to your right and the dining area on the left. Beyond the dining area you’ll step into the professional, wrap-around kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with all the chef tools imaginable to whip up those family recipes. On the right you’ll find a full and accommodating bathroom with soaking tub and porcelain sink. Adjacent to the bathroom is the downstairs bedroom suite with queen size bed. Immediately past the kitchen, through a short hallway is a wood staircase and upon reaching the second floor landing, you’ll find a two person work desk with docking station flooded with an array of natural light from the numerous windows. Past the workstation you’ll enter the central hub upstairs with rooms on each corner and two separate bathrooms nestled in between. Your second floor balcony is accessed through one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom boasts all new island furnishings decorated by an award winning team of designers and specifically appointed to provide guests with a balance of comfort and design.

Upon exiting the home through the rear entrance, you’ll step onto the back pavilion consisting of an outdoor grill, pergola, outdoor dining area, all shaded by a Royal Poinciana tree. Your guests can relax on fruit and cocktails or enjoy fresh-off-the-grill local Key West pink shrimp, available at numerus local seafood markets.
