The oceanfront unit is B406 fourth floor at the PapakeaResort. The Papakea Resort is a beautiful resort located on 13 acres ocean front between world class golf resorts in Kaanapali and Kapalua. The condo is on the top floor of the complex with open beam cellings and over 1100sq ft of floor space. With 2 bedrooms, an upstairs loft and 2 bathrooms, the condo can sleep up to 7 people. The condo has spectacular views of the putting green, pool and that sunset view over the pacific most of the year. The Resort is located at the north end of the 2 mile Kaanapali beach for easy beach access.There are 2 large swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 large putting greens and 3 lighted tennis courts.

About Craig Ferguson
I have come to Hawaii for many years visiting all islands. I found Maui to be my favorite spot. After vacationing on Maui many times I decided to purchase a condo here at the Papakea Resort hoping to retire here at a future date.

All you have to do is spend one day at Papakea and the answer is obivous,only 364 units on 13 acres of beauitful manicured grounds. The four story complex feels more like a vacation home than a condominium.
What makes this Condo unique
The resort is right across the street from a Times Supermarket,sandwich shop, coffee shop,pizza parlor and more,just walk across the street.You don't ever have to get in a car if you so desire,once you are at the resort.

Best way to start 2018
This was our first trip to Maui. I could not imagine a more perfect location. You can walk to everything you need and this view is exactly what you see from your Lanai!! Craig's 3 bedroom condo met all our needs and then some. I've already recommended and sent the info for your condo to friends Craig. We would stay here again for sure.

B406 for a nice vacation rental.
Craig has a spacious, comfortable condo with a beautiful view of the ocean from his lanai. Loved to hear the surf every day. The kitchen has everything you need. Drove to a different beach every day and used his beach umbrella, beach chairs and boogie boards. The concierge helped us book our snorkel trip to Molokini. Ample parking lot. Make a Costco run when you arrive at the airport and you’re set. Highly recommend Craig and his condo. Very easy rental.
Great location - stunning view.
We had a wonderful week in Hawaii and couldn’t have chosen a better “home base” then this condo. It is well maintained and within walking distance to grocery store, coffee shops, fish market and the farmers market. Great place to start and end your day after surfing, snorkeling or hanging out at the beach.
The view from the lanai says it all breathtaking!
We stayed for a month in Feb we could not have gotten a better place to stay. The 2 bedrooms and loft with a bed worked out perfect for our family. Our daughters and grandsons came over for 10 days and there was plenty of room for everyone. Access to the condo was perfect including parking, elevator and walk to the pool. The view from the lanai was incredible not only was there an ocean view but also of the grounds and pool area. We were able to watch for whales from the lanai even . You are close to restaurants and a grocery store that you could walk if you wanted to. There were items for the beach in the condo such as boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, snorkeling gear. The perfect place to spend a vacation.
Perfect Maui Condo
Thank You Craig for letting us experience an unbelievable home away from home. From the well appointed condo to a well maintained property this place is an ideal place to stay. You have thought of everything from all the amenities such as cooking utensils, recreational equipment, beach towels etc. to the use of all the extras on the resort such as the extremely clean and well maintained Bbq's, the pools and hot tubs and never worrying about having a chair to relax in. It is close to a great coffee shop (Java Jazz), the Times supermarket and close to the main highway. Very friendly staff and lots of parking also makes this an ideal spot. Even over Christmas and New Years it never really was busy like the other resorts in Kaanapali. The listing is exactly as advertised with no surprises at all. Thank you for a great family stay!

Craig I would like to thank you for a fantastic vacation. Your condo was great as usual. We have used this condo and Craig several times now. There is nothing more relaxing than walking into this condo and looking out the window and seeing the ocean view. In past visits we have enjoyed all the amenities, and done all the excursions. This time it was just great sitting around the condo enjoying the view and doing nothing. So if you want to have a busy vacation or a just sit and relax vacation, this is the place. I would recommend Craig and his condo to anyone.

Faculties fee is 17.00 per night for the 1st 10 nights. Payment Policy: To confirm a reservation a three (3) night deposit is required at time of booking. Balance due: The full balance is due (60) sixty days prior to arrival, with the exception of reservations held for the Christmas Holiday (12/20 to 1/7). The full balance for Christmas reservations is due by September 1st. All payments are non-refundable after final payment due date. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival. All canceled reservations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee regardless of cause. Refunds within the 60-day period prior to arrival will be made for only the nights that are rebooked. No refunds are made for unused nights resulting from late arrival or early departures regardless of cause. Owner reserves the right to cancel reservations with 180 days notice to the prospective renter. All deposits on reservations that are cancelled by property owner will be fully refunded.
