Come enjoy our beautifully renovated townhouse located in the heart of Scottsdale. Bring your family and friends as this condo can comfortably sleep 6.

This wonderful two bed two bath condo in Scottsdale is located close to McCormick Ranch and has easy access to the Greenbelt for walking and hiking. The 101 freeway is minutes away making trips to the shopping and restaurant districts like downtown Scottsdale and Kierland real easy. There are also local shops and restuarants less then 1 mile away from your front door.

The interior of the home has been upgraded with wood floors, granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, plush new carpets and earth tone colors. The living room has a comfortable couch and love seat with a coffee table and flat screen TV with digital cable and Hi Def channels. The dining room table will seat 6 people comfortably. The kitchen has a welcoming feel with it's solid granite counters and tile backsplash.

The master bedroom has new plush carpeted floors, a queen bed with deluxe sealy pillow top mattress, bed side tables with lamps, curtains, dresser, flat screen TV and two closets. The attached master bath has tile floors, granite counters and a tiled shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed with deluxe sealy pillow top mattress, two bedside tables with lamps, a dresser and a large closet. The adjacent guest bathroom has tile floors, tile accent shower and granite counters.

The community is lush and green with grass and trees and you will see a lot of rabbits running around. The clubhouse has a game room with chairs, tables and a few pieces of equipment for working out. There is a heated community pool, hot tub, gas grill, fire pit, lounge chairs, and plenty of picnic area seating.

The condo is a good location for access to Salt River Fields, home to DiamondBacks and Colorado Rockies. The downtown Scottsdale Stadium home to the San Francisco Giants is also nearby. The Scottsdale Greenbelt bike path entrance is right down the street. Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital is also nearby.

Nice location of complex

According to the previous comment we thought we would find this condo perfect in every way. We did not find it to be so perfect. First of all the owners or rental managers should be checking on the cleaning company from time to time. When we arrived the sink was dirty, cleaning rags were left on the chair and clothes were in the washing machine and sheets in the dryer. We could tell they didn't do a very good job cleaning. The condo layout is good and for two couples it was adequate in size and we enjoyed having a garage, however the garage door opener was very touchy and didn't work all the time. There was a keypad but we didn't have a code for that until a neighbor told us the code. It would be nice if the owners would leave the code in the condo. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped with utensils. We had to go buy several items to use for cooking and it had just the very bare necessities. Dishes, glassware and silverware were plenty but not cooking supplies. The rental agency said there would be starter supplies for the dishwasher, and bathroom but there was none, nor not even a full roll of toilet paper. I think the cleaning company was suppose to leave this but didn't. If you stay here pack your own favorite cooking utensils to make sure you have them, because we are taking ours with us that we bought. Bring a can opener as the one here didn't work.

The pool area is very nice and we enjoyed the use of it very much. This condo DID not face the pool like Rob said, but faced the road and we couldn't sit and visit on the patio as it was too noisy. I think he must have been in a different unit than ours. Our unit # 2063 faces Mountain View Road.

When we called the rental agency to help us with a tv issue they didn't reply until the next day. One bedroom closet door was broken and they never came to fix that after we called they said someone would be there the next day. One suggestion to the owner is to get a sturdier dresser in the guest bedroom as we couldn't use it. It is so unstable and wobbly we were afraid it would fall apart.

We loved the area and close proximity to stores, etc, but would look for another unit or complex in this area and if nothing works out would stay here and know what to bring. Other places we rented were more equipped in the kitchen with supplies, like tinfoil, baggies, spices, pots and pans and serving bowls. This kitchen was very sparse. We think with a little more attention to detail this could easily be a 5.

Cozy Cactus

The condo is in a nice development and a good location. However the deck/balcony faces a very busy street making it very uncomfortable for sitting outside. The dining dishes and utensils were good but the cookware and utensils were less than basic. The lighting in the living room very dark and we placed the bulbs in the 2 lamps with 60w (the max for the lamps) and it was still not light enough. The light over the dining room table was bright but too bright when sitting in the living room. Dimmer on the kitchen light but not the dining room light. The chest in the quest bedroom in very small and not assembled very well and could easily collapse. Linens for bed were at a minimum with only one set per bed, but the beds were very comfortable. It was a plus to have a garage.

WOW---Perfect in EVERY Way!!!!!

We have stayed in Scottsdale many times and this was by far our best visit in this lovely condo. Beautiful furnishings---very comfortable beds and pillows---spotlessly clean and close to everything. It overlooks the pool and hot tub but you never hear people in the pool area. The tennis courts--which I used every day--are 2 minutes away. My husband golfed every day--there are 20 golf courses within 15 minutes.

The condo if so well furnished--I had friends for a gourmet dinner and they thought I rented the dishes and glassware!!!

It was very hot but the condo has two air consitioning systems and it stayed a perfect 78 degrees.

Each moring I walked to AJ's for my morning coffee and one of their awesome Banana Muffins---Flo's Chinese--a minute farther than AJ's--has the best happy hour every day from 4-7--half price appetizers--try the lettuce waraps and the salt and pepper chicken wings--Saporro is only $200 for a tall bottle--they have the best hot and sour sou---loaded with shrimp and chicken. There is a great yogurt shop next to Starbucks and Safeway and Walgreen's are in the same parking lot. BEST location in Scotsdale.

Airport is a quick 20 minutes--old town Scottsdale is 15 and Kierland--less than 10.

Now you se why this condo is perect in very way!!!
