Casa Lola is in the exclusive area of Dona Pepa, Quesada. Furnished to a high standard throughout, makes it ideal for family holidays. The house overlooks the large shared pool and garden areas. The property has attractive private gardens to the front and rear with a shaded front porch, patio table and chairs, barbecue and sun loungers.

The property is in a shared community with beautiful pools and gardens. The house comprises 3 double size bedrooms - 2 with balconies. One of the bedrooms is downstairs (ideal for elderly guests).

Upstairs there is a double room, a twin room and the main bathroom with corner bath / shower, wc and sink.

Downstairs there is the living / dining area with TV, DVD, stereo, games and books; the third bedroom (twin); cloakroom with shower, wc and sink; the fully equipped kitchen; outhouse with washing machine and laundry facilities.

Take your choice of the selection of balconies terraces and gardens for ‘al fresco’ dining.

Local Information: Costa Blanca means ‘white coast’ due to its many fine white sandy beaches. The European Blue Flag award is not uncommon. An average of 320 days sunshine makes this an ideal holiday destination all year round.

Due to the health giving properties of the salt lakes combined with the climate, the World Health Organisation rates this area of the Costa Blanca one of the healthiest places in the world to live!

The local fishing port of Torrevieja boasts an impressive marina with a terrific range of watersports, sailing, windsurfing, motor cruising, para gliding and jet-skiing.

Fishing, horse riding, tennis, cycling and walks are just a few of the other many activities available.

There are also art galleries, cathedrals, museums and monasteries to visit in such places as Murcia, Cartagena, Orihuela and Alicante.

Shopping: There is at least one Market for every day of the week in surrounding towns and villages. Local towns within a few minutes drive are Rojales, Algorfo, Guardemar and Los Montesinos these are very Spanish with typical markets, bars and restaurants.

Spacious house and brilliant location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous house. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It was great sitting on the balcony and watching the kids in the pool. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The location is quiet but there are a few bars within 10 mins walk and the Main Street in Quesada is a good 25 min walk away. There is crazy golf in Quesada and we went go-karting in Orihuela which was great fun. The beach at Cabo Roig is worth a visit and a lovely but busy beach at Guardamar.

We loved the Costa Blanca and it is definitely more chilled out than the Costa Del Sol where we normally go. Thanks for a brilliant holiday and we hope to go back soon.

From the moment we got to the villa to the dreaded moment of leaving to come home the only word I would have to describe the stay and the villa is UNBELIEVABLE!! UN-BEL-IEV-ABLEEEEEE!!! The villa was immaculate and the property managers and owners were absolutely amazing! So relaxing! so quiet! Home from Home! 100% would recommend this property!!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful villa! defiantly would use again!!!

Lovely relaxing stay in well equipped holiday home. Truly a Home from home.

We have just spent 2 lovely relaxing weeks in this superbly comfortable well equipped home overlooking the pool in Quesada. Comfortable beds with attractive bedding and lovely Balinese style furniture, well equipped kitchen and beautifullly spacious, spotlessly clean bathroom. There is also a downstairs bedroom with a very useful shower and toilet. Outside there are 2 terraces to relax and enjoy a tapas and maybe a glass of Rioja while admiring the view of the pool. Spacious back and front garden with good garden furniture and of course a colourful splash of bougainvillea - what's not to like? Very nearby within walking distance there are numerous restaurants and supermarkets. Quesada Main Street has bars, restaurants and shops, evenings bring music and a bit of a buzz so everything you need to enjoy your holiday. There are 2 good beaches nearby within 10 minutes driving and the towns of Guardamar and Torrevieja are worth a visit to sample local Spanish life although these do get very busy in July and August when all the Spanish holiday makers arrive. A great holiday for couples or families and although there is lots within walking distance I would recommend a car for ease of getting around and especially if you want to go to the beach. Enjoy!

Nice House, great pool

We stayed here with our six year old granddaughter and she loved the pool, was very hard to get her out of it.

The house is very spacious and clean and there are a couple of bars / restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. The main strip is only about a 20 minuet walk.

The holiday was for my elderly parents and the whole experience before during and after was perfect the owner was so helpful and made every effort to ensure my parents had a great holiday the apartment was beautifully furnished and Simone has gone to great lengths to provide every thing you could need i.e. beach towels pool towels chairs for beach and pool the list goes on and on well done and huge thank you Simone for providing such a fabulous experience will definitely be returning

Quesada is a self contained community just off the main tourist track with many beautiful unspoilt beaches within a few minutes’ drive. Main towns, such as Guardermar, Santa Pola, Torrevieja etc are all within a short drive. These towns have wonderful markets, making shopping for a bargain great fun!

Quesada has its own excellent range of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. There are also supermarkets, banks, newsagents, opticians, doctor and chemist in the town.

Quesada has it’s own country club open to non members, the club has a pool, bowling green, restaurant, barbeque and nightly entertainment with stunning views over the salt lakes to Torrevieja in the distance. There is also an Aquapark which is ideal for kids. La Marquesa Golf club is also close by.

The local fishing port of Torrevieja boasts an impressive marina with a terrific range of watersports. Fishing, horse riding, tennis and walks are just a few of the other many activities available.

Other Activities: Water parks, crazy golf, go-karting, bird sanctuary, salt lakes

Golf: For the golfing enthusiasts, Quesada boasts its very own excellent 18 hole golf course and clubhouse ‘La Marquesa’ There are many other courses in the vicinity, some are championship standard, like Villamartin or La-Finca.
