The apartment is a modern one bedroom flat ideally situated in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.
Secure entry into the building.
The apartment has a lounge area with French style windows overlooking the city centre.
A separate kitchen with modern facilities, including cooker, fridge/freezer, and microwave.
Modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower unit over the bath.
Double bedroom to the rear of the property. A sofa bed in the lounge provides an extra double bed with comfortable mattress.
You could not be any closer to the main shopping area of Argyle Street and St.Enoch's Centre, literally two minutes walk away. The vibrant Merchant City is about five minutes walking away, with numerous cafes, restaurants and bars.
Transport facilities are excellent. Buses, train station and metro within a few minutes walk.Only a few minutes from St Enoch's and Buchanan Street Metro Station, Central Station and Queen St Station.
Deposit is held and returned by Homeaway providing no damage has occurred.
We had a lovely 2 weeks in the apartment. Our daughter & son-in-laws first baby was due so we came over a few days before the 'due date',however, just as we were arriving our daughter rang to say that she was going to hospital as it looked like the baby was coming! Baby Edie arrived @ 3.20am the following morning! What great timing! The apartment was invaluable as we were able to cook a dinner every day & take it over to them! The apartment was very central, very well equipped & a lovely place to stay. We would highly recommend the apartment as a great place to stay. Thanks to the McKenna family for all their help.
Kathleen was very helpful and even printed our airline tickets when needed, small flat sleeps four and close to restaurants and a pub.
Great location. No car needed. Kathleen was great, we were an hour late arriving and she was very gracious about it. Close to grocery stores, shopping and pubs. Will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Glasgow.
This apartment is within walking distance of George Square, Central Train Station, Queen Street Station, and loads of great shopping. We quickly found our favourite pub, Cairn Bar, which was about 3 blocks away. The apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a pull out in the living room/dining area. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with things to start us out. There are 3 grocery stores within a 3 block radius. We had rented a car, but it was unnecessary. We found we liked taking the train better than driving. Live and learn. This apartment was perfect for us and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to downtown. Thanks to Kathleen and John for letting us stay there.
Kathleen was such a lovely and pleasant host, always available to respond to inquiries. The flat was so cozy and well maintained; located right at the heart of city centre, within walkable distance to all major shops. If I could give more than 5-star, I would.
I would definitely want to stay here again and would recommend Kathleen to friends and relatives visiting Glasgow.
This was a perfect spot from which to explore Glasgow as it is within easy walking distance to the city centre. There are grocery shops nearby.

The Apartment is ideally located for you to get the most out of your stay in Glasgow, only a few minutes from St Enoch's and Buchanan Street Metro Station, Central Station and Queen St Station. The Apartment is situated next to the St Enoch’s shopping centre and Metro. A few minutes walk will lead you into Retail Heaven with Argyle St and Buchanan St shopping precinct, Prince’s Square shopping mall and Buchanan Galleries Shopping centre and lots more...The apartment is also next to the Merchant City area with its cafes and restaurants and Tron Theatre. Each September a French Market comes to town selling mouth watering delights. In December each year George Square a couple of blocks away is transformed into a winter wonderland and a German Christmas Market which is set up around the corner on Argyle St. Video of the flat is available, please contact us for the web address.
