This modern first floor apartment has been finished to a very high standard and is in spacious and beautiful gardens with a children's play area, a fountain and a large pool . It offers easy access to the beach and supermarket, 400m, Golf Course 300m and Tennis Club 700m. The large underground parking area has a lift access to the apartments. It has a large covered balcony overlooking the communal gardens, pool and play area.

3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 2 twin bedded rooms. 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen sitting and dining room, with large covered private terrace and garden leading to the large communal gardens, pool and children play area. this bright and sunny apartment is on the corner of the ground floor so has a large covered terrace, large private garden surrounded by a wall and hedge which then leads in to the large communal garden and pool. The large pool has a water fall effect at one end and a 'beach' walk in area at the other. There is a also a baby pool with a pretty bridge, children´s play area with ping pong, swings and a climbing frame.

We were very happy with our stay here. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, modern and spacious. The grounds were beautifully kept and I loved the pool. We were very lucky as the apartment blocks were not busy end of June beginning July but if the apartment blocks were full I think it could be noisy but I doubt if they ever are full. I would recommend this property.
nos encanto el lugar, el departamento estaba muy bien.
(solo faltaba una secadora para la ropa y la tv no era de lo mejor).
La playa no era muy cerca, mas o menos a 1.200 mt, pero facilmente de llegar a pie. lo recomiendo.
