This Wailea Elua Village oceanfront home is owned and operated by us, Ted and Katy Klinkenberg. It is NOT one of many VRBO properties that are actually advertised, managed, and operated by professional management companies on the island. This condo is our second home and we are happy to offer it to you as our guests. We have a guest services company on the island to take care of all your needs - housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services as well as a personal greeting when you arrive. You'll get resort level service - daily housekeeping, personal greeting upon check-in, concierge service, and fine linens all at owner direct prices. Swim, snorkel, sunbathe, or simply watch the beautiful ocean views and sunsets from the lanai.

There are very few condos in the world-renowned resort of Wailea that are directly above sandy oceanfront - this is one of them. By foot, you are just steps from the beach and new oceanside pool pavilion, and just minutes from the best golf, tennis, and shopping (The Shops at Wailea) in the islands. The two-mile Wailea Beach Walk joins you to Wailea's other premium hotels and restaurants.

Elua Village's two-story condos are generously spaced, and surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. They enjoy a paddle tennis court, putting green, and two pool areas - one oceanside, with a large pavilion for barbecues; another with a jetted spa.

Our condominium is newly renovated with high-end appliances and tasteful finishes, and we're proud of how beautiful it is, inside as well as out. It has southern and western exposures and sits high, giving it privacy as well as a light, airy, spacious feel. At night, open the sliding glass doors and listen to the ocean as you fall asleep...

Elua Village #1402 is one of the best one-bedroom oceanfront units in Elua Village and is available for rent directly from the owners. It is a short walk to Ulua beach and you can hear the surf from the unit and the lanai. We renovated our Maui home in 2006 and outfitted it as a second home for our family - granite counter tops, stainless appliances, new furnishings, flat screen TVs and more. Many of our guests return again and again.

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy everything that Maui and Elua Village have to offer - sun, warm ocean water, and fun activities for the whole family. When you rent our Elua oceanfront condo, you'll get owner-direct prices and resort level service. Our guests are greeted at the Elua property by our guest- services company. There is no need to go to a manager's office off-site to get your keys. Housekeeping is provided at no additional cost and we provide full concierge service.

Beautiful and well maintained condo with ocean views!

The Elua Village property is ocean front and exquisitely maintained. The grounds, beach and pools are lovely. You are steps from a small but amazing beach with great snorkeling and sun plus some shade from surrounding trees. Access to the beach is very easy and the larger pool provides amazing ocean views. The pool area also has a kitchen, grills, tables and chairs, umbrellas and very clean bathrooms. The condo itself is on the second floor with an ocean view and very close to the beach and both pools. The kitchen was very well equipped and the owner provided thoughtful touches like initial bath products, coffee, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the furnishings were nice. We especially liked the lanai which had two lounge chairs and a table and four chairs for outdoor eating. The property manager met us at the condo and provided an information packet. Everything was perfect and stress free. We love Maui and have stayed in various condos and hotels and this by far was our favorite place. We would absolutely stay in this particular condo again. Our trip was last minute (we were attending a family memorial service) so being in such a beautiful condo and having everything ready when we arrived was really very helpful. This condo and property are well worth the price!
