This apartment is perfectly located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It has been renovated to be an upscale accomodation, and is comfortable enough for a family.
Within walking distance to everything Annapolis,
Old building charm with new renovations.
Lovely park 1/2 block away with water access.
Quiet residential neighborhood.
Jackie's place was very nice/clean and in a perfect location for a trip to downtown Annapolis.
Property was quiet and restful but only a short walk to Main Street, historic churches and buildings,, museums, Annapolis Naval Academy and the Harbor. Property was well maintained and had everything needed for comfort away from home. I would recommend this property and would stay here again on any return trips to the area. Host was very available if needed.
Jackie was responsive and informative. The pullout couch was more comfortable than expected because it's an air mattress! The apartment was a great size for 3 women with all the amenities we needed. The location could not be beat, we walked everywhere!
This was our first experience with a VRBO vs a hotel for my family and we could NOT be happier. The apartment was large enough for my husband and my two 13 years to stay and my Naval Academy son to visit during the day. All the comforts of home and very good location. It was very hot the weekend we stayed and the A/C was great! A big deal in Annapolis in August. Property is very clean and well maintained. Jackie was very helpful and responsive. Property description is accurate - only thing I would highlight is AS described it is on the 2nd floor and must be comfortable with 1 flight of stairs. Will plan to stay again!
This is a small clean, comfortable apartment well suited for up to four people with great facilities, good cooker and fridge, with easy access to central Annapolis. The surrounding area is quite pretty and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very quiet area that invites to walk around to enjoy the city.
We've stayed at this property on two occasions, in April 2015 and April 2016, and had wonderful experiences both times. The property is great and the renters couldn't be more courteous or professional.
Located in Annapolis' historic district upscale neighborhood of Acton's Landing, this landmark building has been completely renovated. The apartment renovations were completed in 2012. This building is located 1/2 block from a water access park (water taxi access), and just blocks away from everything Annapolis' downtown has to offer.
Perfect for Naval Academy functions (parents weekends, homecoming, sporting events), boat shows, weekend getaways, or longer term rentals for business or pleasure.
Blocks away from the best downtown restaurants and shopping. Also blocks away from historic sights and museums.
Within walking distance to everything.
